The food was great!! The friendly service not so friendly Dealing with the public most restaurants teach that the customer is always right! 2/3 of the staff that waited on me had no clue! The last man that waited on me was a young black man that was respectful and kind the women there need more training. When I asked for a mushroom Swiss burger with no bread the cook came out while I was standing there and said "No way! no bread and extra cheese" then made my meal for dine in. When the cashier tried to hand it to me I explained it was to go if she would have followed the directions instead of coming out complaining the cashier started to argue with me instead of apologizing. It was hot in there. The thermostat was set on 82°. It was hot outside we go in to get cool and eat icecream, it was hotter inside than out.. The ice cream melted before we could eat it. It was dripping all over our shirts clothes. I told my friend they are going to lose customers with it that hot. They cut the air down just as we were leaving. I stopped there again yesterday on my way to church, I went through the drive thru this time. I asked the Lady at the window if I could have some extra napkins? She said sure! She put one in the bag. Charged my card twice a few months ago. Wound up getting into a full blown argument with the the staff and the manager because they could not "see" the second transaction on their end, even though the employee swiped my card twice and I showed them from my account where the money had been taken out twice. The final result was them telling me to dispute it with my credit card company! I let that go, and was going to give them a little more business today. Called asking about ice cream cakes and the lady on the phone was so rude! She said she didn't have any prices for me and had to get off the phone because she was busy!
