Subway — Restaurant in Trumann

I had a pleasant experience. While at the Trumann Subway location, I received the best Subway footlong ever. I enjoy Subway sandwiches everywhere however, the one I got was made with special care. I gave my special instructions to the sandwich artist. Mayo on the bread before the steak, mayo on the steak before the cheese. I ask for the bread to be double toasted so as to have an extra crisp edges on the bun. After toasting she added a small amount out of mayo, salt and pepper. Then black olives, peppers, and tomatoes, followed with another light layer of mayo, salt and pepper. I then ask her to top everything with a heavy layer of lettuce, mayo, honey mustard, salt and pepper. The results made a delicious sandwich that was evenly moist and seasoned. It took about twice as long for my request. My server and I had a pleasant conversation and she smiled as she worked. It is refreshing to find someone who actually enjoyed being at there job. All Subways use the same fresh ingrediencies but my meal was special because of the extra attention my server used in preparing it. My only regret is I have misplaced the paper with her name. I had intended on giving her a great recommendation and I hope to return and update this review.

Just disappointment. Cold and soggy bread on a meatball sandwich which had little to no marinara sauce. Also got an outlaw, no peppers, no onions, no jalepenos. Just steak and unmelted cheese with the sauce I requested. Wish I had looked before I left, would’ve told them to keep the sandwiches..

Update, tried again to use the 2 footling coupon. Was told I couldn’t use it on steak. Even though I have in the past at the Jonesboro location. I used another coupon(buy a footling and get a 6” free) was told again I couldn’t use the coupon even though I was buying the steak. I guess the other worker could tell I was getting a little irritated, so she “allowed” me to use the coupon for my Philly steak and Italian. I’m NEVER the type to right a review but I think this one is definitely needed! I order from subway sometimes and I’ve never had a bad experience but this time, I ordered 2 footlomgs that were suppose to be toasted they wasn’t. The meat was freezing cold, hints of it was toasted it wouldn’t have been cold! I called to get it replaced she was rude right from the start! Destiny was her name, she said shouldn’t couldn’t replace them unless I brought them back and I was in my lunch break which means I didn’t have time to go back and forth.
