While I have not sat down for a meal at this establishment, I have had the misfortune of the takeout experience from hell. I’m from out of town and I was staying with family and I wanted to bring dinner as a favor. Ordering food from a restaurant should be simple enough right? Wrong. I called ahead so that my meal would be ready by the time I got there, and was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes, which should’ve been perfect. Yet as I got there my food wasn’t ready, and I ended up waiting an extra 35 minutes in their lobby as their manager continuously told me it would be out shortly. In what world does two cheese pizzas take over an hour to prepare? The manager then proceeded to chew out both the staff and teenaged cashiers over some mishap going on in the back, which frankly was quite unprofessional, and seemed to be some sort of power trip on her part. My interaction with her was less than pleasant and she seemed to forget about my order time and time again as I asked about the status of my pizzas, as I could see two cheese pizzas ready, and I was waiting, but she told me it would yet again, ready shortly. When I finally got my food, she was not even apologetic about this wait, and told me I should’ve called ahead, which I did. Someone with such a bad attitude should not be interacting with customers, let alone running a “restaurant”. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. We have better...

Today I came in to pick up a family meal. When I arrived I was given a single meal of chicken Marsala instead. When I let the receptionist know I ordered a family meal she asked for a moment and got the manager. Kathy came and I explained that I ordered a family meal. In a very condescending way she said “I took your order and I specifically asked you if you wanted a chicken Marsala individual” when I attempted to explain that I asked about a family meal she, again, very rudely said “I’ll make it again but you didn’t order the family meal”. Reflecting on this interaction for a few minutes as my new order was being made I asked the woman at the front if I could speak with the manager again. Kathy came over and I explained that I am a manager of an organization as well and I could never fathom speaking to a customer in the way she spoke to me. She insisted that I ordered incorrectly and then told me “all the calls are recorded, I’ll gladly go back and listen” to which I told her I wish she would. Then I began explaining the conversation I had on the phone when I ordered asking if the family meal came with rice. At this point, Kathy realized she had spoken to a different person (named Laurie) not me and my order was actually ready to be given to me. She apolgozed in a very disigenuine way. I shared that we typically come to Old Towne 2x/week and we will...

I love Old Towne Restaurant for their awesome food! This is definitely my go-to place for catering when I need help for parties. Their salmon piccata is a favorite! Their food is always fresh & delicious. I can count on my guests lovin' it. I also enjoy going there with family/friends for breakfast, lunch or dinner with their great varied menu. Some favorites include their awesome pizza, gyro/souvlaki sandwiches, burgers, salads, apple cobbler with ice cream, omlettes, breakfast/brunch foods like eggs benedict, French toast, breakfast sausages are so yummy. Plus, their staff like server Luisa, kitchen staff/catering order taker Alex, managers like Kathy are so accommodating. One of the owners Dean even delivered some catering food to my home when I was in a pinch. They are the nicest group of folks you could meet and you can tell they take lots of pride in working hard to make customers happy. Restaurant has nice comfortable casual appeal and décor, booths and tables, clean and a happy vibe. I like going to places like this where the food and service is consistent - you can count on lots of choices, a great meal and personal service with a smile. I really...

Had a chicken quesadilla last week and the peppers were not cooked and the chicken was huge. Went there today after complaining to the manager to utilize my $15 credit. I ordered a margherita pizza and the outcome was the same. Tomatoes were huge, the cheese slid off the pizza due to the tremendous amount of oil used. It by far very bland and not made with love. I wanted to love the restaurant because the staff is so pleasant but they need new chefs or to retrain the ones that work there. Here are the picture so you will know I am not delusional. Also the chef should not handle the money and food. I saw it for myself. He took my money and went straight back to prepping an order without washing his hands. So disappointed ughhhh.. Tiffany

Neighborhood diner type of restaurant. We were seated right away, but had an unusual wait time to be acknowledged by the many wait staff that walked passed. When the waiter came to the table he was very friendly and accommodating. We both had Eggs Benadict, mine had "home made" crab cakes. I find that hard to believe since the crab cakes were very good and the eggs were over cooked on both plates. Hard to believe they can't cook a poached egg properly, but could make a crab cake. Since it is a neighborhood diner, I give them the benefit of the doubt, and may return to try something other than breakfast.

This spot is right inside the plaza where stop and shop is. Has plenty of parking. The inside has definitely changed a lot since my last visit as far as lighting goes, last time I was inside it looked really dark but not the dining area is very bright now which is great. The food never disappoints either. I always try to stop in here every now & then after my appointment after I visit my doctor especially in the morning. The food is great as well as the staff too. It’s definitely a vibe like a diner, you can sit anywhere & someone will be right with you.
