Subway — Restaurant in Trumbull

This was 7/25/22 at 12:30ish. Had a pick-up order placed in advance. They were really busy (one worker) so I didn’t mind waiting in line in case he didn’t make it yet (wasn’t on counter). Waited for 20 mins. Finally another worker comes in to help him. I was next in line and I explained I just had a pick-up order. The kid disregarded me entirely and said “he’s working on it right now” referring to the other worker, who was working on the girl in front of me’s order. Not mine. Then proceeded to take the guy behind me’s order without letting me respond. I went to the cash register and saw my order sitting in that area now. I grabbed it and walked out, got to my car only to notice they gave me a 6” even though I paid for a 12”. I made an online order, because of corona, and as I walked into the store, 30 minutes later after I made my online order they still weren't ready with my order. They weren't busy at all, so I assumed they would have made it by then. I even had to ask about my order and after I asked they started actually making it. I waited another 10 minutes for them to finish and a lady rudely handed it over to me. When I got home and opened up the bag, my 3 sandwiches were completely destroyed and all messed up. The 2 stars are not pointed at the young people behind the counter. This review goes to the management/owner of just this subway. I always went to this location for my subs but this past Sunday what not a good experience. It used to be every time I went there I would see the same faces behind the counter and know my sub will be how I like it. But the last two times different faces. I asked the untrained workers behind the counter where is this person or that person all he said is management S**Ks and people keep quitting. So I need to find another...
