Julia's Restaurant — Restaurant in Tualauta County

Julia restaurant is located right across the street of the Tradewinds hotel (the only non-hotel restaurant that was convenient). We ended up eating there 3x over our 4 night stay at the Tradewinds. Service was good and generally quick. Food was great too. Prices may seem a little steep when you look at the menu, but the amount that you receive is quite generous and fair (we pretty much over-ordered every time). Particularly I loved their rice paper rolls. There were other great things on the menu that our party tried. Food comes out pretty quick and it is quite good. Terrific Vietnamese, right across the road from the Tradewinds Hotel.

It opens at 9 am and closes late seven days a week, so if you are looking for healthy or vegetarian food options, this place is ideal.

The staff are very friendly and are willing to modify the dishes to suit your needs.

I ate all my meals there and the food came out quickly and was great.

They also serve fresh drinking coconuts and you can ask them for take out to have ready as a packed lunch if doing excursions.

Food here is delicious considering American Samoa. The Phõ, chicken wings & the spring rolls is excellent. The service is island service and not the most attentive. Meaning, after we ordered our drinks and apps the server went to her counter and started watching personal videos vs serving us our beverages.
