Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Tuckahoe

This Starbucks CONSISTENTLY gets my mobile orders wrong. I drink tea more than coffee so I usually get the tea lattes. I always order the Royal English Breakfast tea but on multiple occasions have been given Earl Gray tea instead (which is a very big difference). Two tea bags are supposed to come in the grande tea latte as well, and sometimes I’m only given one tea bag (even though I’m paying for two). This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in RVA. The atmosphere is awesome, plenty of great natural light and seating, and the service is incredible. I’ve paid close attention to store manager- she’s an awesome leader and her team respects her and gains from her leadership. This makes a huge difference in an organization.
