Second bad experience at this location in a row, once again the staff were not welcoming and had an attitude as if my patronage was an inconvenience to them, as well as a jokingly small portion size of fries that came with the #5 chicken sandwich meal deal. (Picture included). I won't be coming back to this location ever again despite it being so conveniently close, nor will my girlfriend.

Ice cold šŸ§Š ā„ļø šŸ„¶ then I asked where my 3 piece chicken tender for ordering online and the rude mexican manager says I don't know ow what your talking n ing about.that app has a issue with it. I called corperate sitting in front of churches! Now the post of cold chicken! I'll never come here again!

Never had a problem with food here until today. I guess you by the box and the food is free.

I loved the walk up window even though it is clearly out of the way because when you go there if you're heading east towards sierra vista you have to turn south and then make a u turn AND THEN because why the parking lot people thought it would be funny if you drove through a maze of five or six business to go to my favorite chicken in the whole chicken chain restaurants so it was definitely worth it they made my order fresh and threw in biscuits extra with my fries and mashed potatoes and that's what people need now and forever . Is for people to care about what others care about and that's being taken care of without having to say anything or complain but I'm easy so sometimes you get what you dont ask...

My wife ordered over 90$ in food and the cashier told her they had to make more chicken which we love, she responded telling the man she didn't mind waiting for the order but the guy was so worried about getting off šŸ˜ž of work and gave her all the smallest pieces just to get her out the door my wife being the sweetheart she is didnt argue although dispute him asking her what sizes she wanted. Not only that but as the customers backed up the manager was in the lobby mopping the same areas wail the employee became more frustrated with his job i would not spend my hard earned money there again until this store changed its way almost $100 in food and the service...

I've eaten here a number of times, and not only is the food in great quality and taste, but the walk-thru window is pretty unique, and kind of fun, even if i dont really understand why i feel that way about it.

You dont get a ton of interaction with the employees, but whoever is running the walk-thru window does a pretty good job of communicating ready orders to people waiting, while taking new orders.

Everything seems to go pretty quick, ive never had to wait more than maybe 6 minutes for my order, even when its decently busy.

I'd recommend it if you like chicken, or sides, or soda... or if you just wonder what a...
