We normally go to eegees on 22nd/craycroft. On 08.02.22 we had appointment out near Eegees Golflinks/Kolb, so we stopped. We buy Eegees at least 3 times a week, I also buy lots of gift cards to give as gifts to family & friends. Moving forward on our 08.2.22 visit, the person taking order a male was so professional, nice and such a sales person he convinced us to buy Eegees ( we had frozen in freezer and were stopping for sandwiches only). As mentioned earlier we go to Eegees 3-4 times a week, but have never bought sandwiches as good as these. We went around 4pm to 6pm. All the veggies were fresh, the sandwiches were definitely made with care to impress and please customer- total 5⭐ experience this day. Today 08.14.22we decided it was an Eegees day. The Eegees location on golflinks/kolb is far from us, but we remembered the great sandwiches so off we went. Well... the young female taking order was rude. She was mad we asked for dressing on side and hastily said what is that ? I said house dressing and just rude, rude, rude, not the regular Eegee's employee. At drive thru guy was very nice but his tshirt and clothes were filthy ( almost cancelled order). He had different Eegee colors, and food spots. Not good for business. Sandwiches were good, not great, initial rude service, ended with great service but filthy clothes worn by employee. So give this visit 4 stars. Suggestions for "Regular ongoing" drink flavors: grape, Horchata- real and made with less sugar, Mango with Mango chunks. Also Nachos go so much better with sandwiches & Eegees drink or just a bowl of nachos and Horchata or mango Eegees- wow it's the best . Friends who moved to Colorado and New Mexico want Eegee's...
Read moreI placed a large order for pickup for Sunday on Saturday the 18th. The young lady at the counter took my order and I prepaid to have one less thing to worry about on the day of my party. After I paid, I asked the young lady about leaving a time to know when I’d be there to pick up my order. She said I didn’t need to leave a time and that it would be ready whenever I showed up. The very next day, Sunday, I arrive around 1430 to pick up my order. The same young lady who took my order, couldn’t find my order. She gets other associates involved and they find my ticket but nothing was ready. No one came to explain to me that some how my order had been missed. Instead, they started to make the sandwiches (two 3 foot ones). When someone finally came around I asked how long it would take. The gentleman informed me about 15-20 min. I had to leave because I had other stuff to do for the party. I saved the sandwiches for close to last, so they wouldn’t be sitting out for an extended time. A friend was able to swing by and went in to pick up my order. That same young lady and team still didn’t have my order ready. He had to call me to figure out what I ordered since somehow my ticket got lost again. My advice would be to skip eegees for catering. It was very evident in their lack of care and consideration for customers. It’s a true shame since I love eegees and supporting local. But I will be taking my...
Read moreI have never put out a review before but after today which is a usual for eggees they can't get the sandwich order right. I had to literally go there 3 times so they could remake the sandwich. On the 3rd try the employee tried to agrue with me and then started gas lighting me, he was telling me that their were onions in the sandwich. He pointed at a super small slice of white lettuce and said see that one little piece that's onion. No there were NO ONIONS but he kept claiming there were. I took 2 bits to be fair...their were zero onions. Finally he got me a side dish of onion but the only problem was now the sandwich was super heavy in ranch like it was mixed in the lettuce. It was like they thought it was a good idea to make some type of coleslaw out of the lettuce and ranch. Like I said... I order. I came back. I came back again. And they still served a disgusting sandwich. Like what is so hard to lay down one squirt of ranch on the bread and then put fresh lettuce on top of that. Why didn't they just do that? Last time they forget to give me my bottle of Buffalo Ranch. I hate this store. And I know if I go back here that I will almost with guarantee not get what I ordered and it will taste disgusting. I hope you go out of business and Subway buys your location. I never had a single problem with Subway in my entire life. I have never had an issue free time coming to this store, not even...
