Flamingo Grill at Reid Park Zoo — Restaurant in Tucson

Disorganized and SO LOUD inside the restaurant. Super disorganized, needs more staffing inside. The chicken tenders and fries were mediocre. The pretzels and the garlic parm pretzel bites were REALLY tasty however. Our salad had mold on it but they quickly refunded it and replaced it so that was good. My main complaint is the extremely long wait-time, about 45 minutes!! Totally unacceptable, especially considering the point of the zoo is to see the animals!

Edit: Forgot to mention, the prices were BAD. Like really high prices for mediocre food bad. Save your money and eat...

First and foremost, the staff is amazingly friendly, cooperative and accommodating! You can order one of their delicious salads and they happily tailor it to your specifications. Very reasonable and plenty of yummy foods for the children. We arrived at the Zoo and headed straight for their limited exhibition of the darling Red Pandas.
