HORRIBLE SERVICE, was being charged more for order than what it says on the outside order board. She said that wasn't what the order cost, then I said then why don't you change it, she just kept on mumbling words to the fact that they had not changed it and I told her it wasn't my fault it states a price and that's what I'm paying, I don't work here so I don't have to change it. She kept on saying that was the price but I don't have to pay more of what it states on the board OUTSIDE. And then I was told it was because taxes were included in the price, but taxes were added separately on the receipt. Asked for extra cheese and I was charged $1.50 for the same amount that nomally comes with the (beans) wanted the extra cheese on the beans but I just got a very small sprinkle. It took us 20 minutes talking to two people the cashier was a man then the supposedly Owner came to the window and started arguing and I was right with all I was asking. After a long while of arguing back and forth that I was over charged I told her well it's ok I'll call and talk to the manager or owner she told me what makes you think I'm not the owner and I said, well if you're the owner you should know what has to be done, give me back what you over charged. She was mad but I don't have to give anyone NOT EVEN A PENNY EXTRA FOR AN OVER CHARGE. I told her I knew how things worked in this kind of business because my ex husband owns 2 of these restaurants, then miraculously she changed, she then asked where they were I told her and she started talking all nice, She gave me the money for the over charge. By then I wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. When we got home the meat had many piece of cartliges, pieces of thick nerves not actual meat and it had a nasty smell to it, really. Then we have to go back and return it its about 18/20 miles away from our house. I will NEVER GO BACK. So I encourage everyone that visits these restaurants to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Read moreAlthough the food is very good, I would have to say the staff might be a bit questionable. My visit started by walking in and not being helped for about 8 to 10 minutes literally. The cashier did come from the back she did not apologize just told me that she would be right with me and went and took two drive-thru orders before she came back to me. When I order the food she literally acted like she was being a hostage there and she was forced to work. The food came pretty quick, but my meal was room temp at best.
While waiting for my food I went to use the restroom and wash my hands but I noticed there was no soap Nor towels in the men's restroom. I told the cashier this, she did said that she would get it fixed. A few minutes later a gentleman Steph came from the back and went to the restroom I assume to replace the paper towels, instead I heard the toilet flush and him immediately come out from the restroom, zipping up his Zipper underneath his apron and walk back to the kitchen and continue to make food.
