Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

I'm a doordash driver, I've been here a bunch of times to pick up orders and I've never had an issue. I came in today to pick up an order for someone and my jeans were a little bit dirty and so was my shirt because I had to lay down on the ground and check under my car earlier. So I looked a little dirty perhaps like I was homeless. I walk in to pick up the order and I tell her the full name of the customer and what they ordered and she tells me she needs to see my phone to verify that I'm actually a doordash driver, she didn't say to verify the customer's information, she wanted to verify if I was actually a doordash driver as if I was lying to her. I have picked up from this restaurant many many times in the 4 years I've been delivering doordash in Tucson and never before have they asked to see my phone to verify if I'm actually a doordash driver. What they did was profile me and be discriminatory based upon the way that I looked it made me feel very uncomfortable and it tells me I truly will not be taking my kids here to eat in the future again as I do actually come and eat here about once every month or two with my wife and three kids. Nobody should be treated like that because of the way they look. She was really nasty with me about it too, like I was lying. Absolutely disgusting attitude from someone that's supposed to be working...

This Peter Piper Pizza has a limited entertainment center in contrast to other PPP's but it's convenient for all the little league teams of the nearby park. The pizza is about as good as you can expect for a corporation whose target demographic is 4-14 year-old kids.

We called in an order tonight at 8:45pm. We stated that we'd by to pick up the pizza between 9:45 - 10pm. The person taking our order told us to wait because they're closing (this is at 8:45pm). After about a 3 minute wait on the phone somebody I assume to be the person-in-charge answered and sounded reluctant to take the order. We repeated that we'd be by between 9:45-10pm. She said that they couldn't take the order because she locks the door at 10pm and does not reopen the door after that. I don't know what else we need to say or how many times we have to state that we were going to be there before closing but this is terrible customer service. It shouldn't be acceptable that because this is a fast food establishment that caters to kids they shouldn't have better standards in terms of...

Had the worst experience at this location this evening. Placed my order for dine in @5:51 pm and waited 30 minutes before I asked the manager if there was something wrong w/ our order, she assured me it was a couple orders away so we waited. Another 15 mins goes by when we noticed the party after ours received their order before us, they had a larger party and we only ordered a one large 1 topping. When I then asked the manager why 45 mins later I was still waiting for my order, she immediately looked at the young man sorting the pizzas, as to pass the blame. She literally never apologized or offered any solutions. I had to get the General manager’s named through another employee who was kind enough to give me names and numbers where they could be reached. The supervisor’s/hosts name tag read as Samantha who was so extremely unprofessional. The food is great the service however took a day off. Had to make other arrangements after 45 waiting...
