I go to Beauty Lounge to get my lashes done by Jay and she is absolutely AMAZING! I've been getting lash extensions for two years and have been going to Jay consistently for almost a year now. I get so many compliments on my lashes and always recommend her to my friends and coworkers! Anyone that I've sent to her leaves as a happy customer and keeps going back. Jay does exactly what her clients ask for, whether it's just a classic set or mega volume! Recently, I got married and she did my lashes the week before my wedding day and they still looked perfect a week later. The atmosphere at Beauty Lounge is great - it's a beautiful salon and Jay has a lash room that's super relaxing. I would never go to anyone else for my lashes, not only because she does an amazing job but she's also super nice and easy to talk to which is an important quality to have as a lash tech! I have been wanting to do something with my lashes for awhile now since they're super straight, but was nervous about getting anything done by my eyes! Janette (Jay) was so helpful from the very beginning by thoroughly explaining my options (lash extensions VS lash lift) and pros/cons of both and what would be the best fit for me. She answered all of my questions and eased my worries. I wanted something less high maintenance than eyelash extensions, so I ended up going with the lash lift, which I absolutely fell in love with! I love how my lashes came out and got so many compliments on them. Jay was very accommodating and friendly and the experience was overall great and very relaxing! I have been recommending her to all of my friends and would recommend her to anyone....

Wish I could rate this 2.5 stars, I didn't hate my experience but I did have high expectations from the stylists because of the ratings I read. I just got a haircut here, but I might have gotten a newbie hairstylist because the cut is good but not great. I asked for layers, and didn't get that. If you need to save money, I would recommend but if you have the money to go somewhere else I would go somewhere else. The hairstylist didn't even style my hair after cutting it either and she didn't blow it out as I wanted. She didn't put that much effort into it.
