Last evening my Husband and I went to the Panda Express located at Silverbell and Speedway. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were the only customers in the building and deciding on what we were going to have. Two gentlemen came in and were being helped by one of the young women that were working there. I would like to add she was the only one that appeared to be working. We had decided what we wanted when we were told by what appeared to be the person in charge at the time that we needed to get to the end of the line. We did so. We heard the young woman who was helping the gentlemen that we were there first but the young woman didnt listen to her. At this time about 4 other Panda staff members came out. The woman proceeded to completely ignore us and rudely start speaking to the other staff members. FInally one of the young women asked what we would like to order. In the middle of our order the rude woman interrupted us and told the young woman who was helping us to go to the end of the food line and this is where she was suppose to be. Neither one of the women said anything to us. The girl taking our order just left us standing there. We waited for one of the other staff members to assist us. Needless to say my Husband and I left. We will not be returning to this establishment and I hope that the rude woman who appeared to be in charge take a few...
Read moreIt was a long day driving to town, so I was pretty busy and did not want to cook lunch, so I stopped here and ordered the sesame chicken, beef broccoli, and white rice. Planning to share with my child, I noticed something and pulled it out of the chicken piece. OMG, it was a metal piece of some sorts. I'm not too sure what it is. Maybe it is from a metal scrubber?
I called the place and let them know what I found. The female said she would replace my plate order, which I declined because I'm now afraid to eat there. So I told her I just wanted to let them know so it didn't happen to someone else.
FYI, no one has called me back regarding this incident.
Got a plate today. They wanted to charge me @$13.00 for it, and the proportion was not much. I pay the same price at the house of chein and get a huge real plate with white rice 🍚 on the side yup on the side, not with the main entrée so it's much less. I'm done with Panda. I will drive the extra mile to order at the House of Chein any day. And it tastes way way better, making panda smell like crap. Seriously, the orange chicken from the panda smells like piss. Beef broccoli smells like cat food. The rice was hard and dry.

Read moreI went to the drive-through and ordered a two entrée meal w/ teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. The second thing I ordered was a two entrée meal with broccoli beef and pepper chicken and after my second order she told me I would have to wait because there’s no more beef and broccoli so I told her that I want the fresh beef and broccoli with the first meal as well because I don’t want it sitting there getting cold while we wait for the second one. I get home and there was absolutely no beef in the beef and broccoli. And i’m not just exaggerating there really was 9 pieces of broccoli and no beef. I have been trying for the last 45 minutes to call and get a hold of somebody at the location over on Silverbell in Speedway and nobody answers the phone there. There’s absolutely nobody I can get a hold of I will have to drive back over there to get this issue resolved. The customer service is absolutely horrible the lady in the drive-through with a totally not happy with her job just a horrible horrible customer service. i will never go back there. The 1 star is for the rice!...
