You can’t tell them that you’re outside to get your order and if you call inside, they don’t have anybody to bring it to you. And to make a long story short, I ordered a meat lovers pizza, and received a plain cheese pizza. When I called to tell them of their mistake, I got yelled at and called a liar. And then hung up on. Another 15 minute Drive to Pizza Hut, with my wrong, Pizza, and I was met by the same female. I spoke to who identified herself as the manager. She refused to give me her name because she said she doesn’t give out her name to customers. When I explained that she might wanna get some customer satisfaction training, she said she’s had low the training she needs! When she took the wrong pizza from me room to a table towards the back and proceeded to have my pizza made. At the whole time I was there I could not get her name, she refused to give me any upper management name or a phone number, at one point in time I believe he said not to come back to her store. After 20 years of doing business at that location to be treated, this way is outrageous! I got an email the next day from Pizza Hut wanted to know how my service was, I told them! I received another email back from Pizza Hut saying they would contact me within three days. Mind you this was December 28, today is January 10, today, I called Pizza Hut and told them I had never been contacted. As far as I’m concerned, the manager needs to be fired! Read moreDONT NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY ! Kayleigh the “ night shift manager “ took my order. Just asked for my name not my number for the order, said it would be 20 min. I walk back inside get approached by a night pizza deliver driver who drives the red mini coop here, she asked what was the name I said it’s “Ray”. And she couldn’t find my order first of all second she asked for my number of the order I had repeated myself telling her I was just in here 20 min ago and placed an order and she continued to be confrontational about it so I asked her to go ask Kayleigh and she didn’t even ask she went around the corner and continued to tell me I didn’t place an order. Once Kayleigh came to the front I asked if my food was ready and then she grabbed it for me and then I asked for the drivers name she seems dumbfounded I was asking and studdered saying wha wha what your name can I have your name and she said she wasn’t going to give it out and I asked for a shift manager and Kayleigh stepped up to the plate said she was and then I presumed she would’ve been more professional but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had any where in the history of pizza places. I asked who is the day shift manager so I can come in tomorrow and talk to them and they shut down saying I can’t tell you. So I walked out presumes to look at my receipt and little did she know her name was right on the receipt ! I will be back tomorrow to file a complaint to the hiring manager I will be calling corporate to file a complaint against these two employees who did not have the respect of giving respect to a customer who is giving business to this place. Read moreIf I could give a zero star I would I had placed an order online and for delivery it came out to be 23.90 and was charged to my card I received a confirmation email then 10 mins later I received another email saying it was for carry out and $7 more I called the restaurant to see what was going on a crew member answered and told me they needed to get the manager the call was then hung up so I proceeded to call back when I did the manager answered and I explained the situation he explained that the system said it was for carry out and that the price was 31.50 I came to the conclusion that there was an error in the website while I placed my order and asked him to cancel the order he then repeated several times he could not transfer the order and he couldn’t fix it and so I again told him I understand and to just cancel it he proceeded to not listen and mansplane he couldn’t transfer completely dismissing what I was asking him to do then he hung up on me so my husband had to call once again to ask for him to cancel the order finally the manager said he was refunding the order and was not going to deliver to us. ( which isn’t a problem) he was extremely rude and needs to learn or be retrained on customer service if he would have listened to me in the very beginning he could have just canceled the order and saved us both the headache instead of trying to speak over me and continue to try to tell me I was wrong I am sick so it hurts to talk and I found myself constantly having to strain my throat so I could again and again try to talk to him he was absolutely terrible good luck to the crew who has to...
