Horrible experience today I supported this place since the day it opened. Have went to your team building events at the park back in the day, but management, shift leads and everything has changed and for the worst. I supported forward concepts and know Sam Fox.

Was greeted upfront. Nice gentleman. Was asked if we wanted to sit inside or out, my wife is pregnant and due any day… Her iron is low and gets cold easy so I asked about the heaters and the gentleman assured us they will keep us warm so we agreed sure why not.

The heater was off. They notified us they will turn them on and they did for 10 mins. They were off the remaining of our visit. So my wife is cold and I’m uncomfortable myself. We were greeted by our waiter and received coffee that was room temperature. The sugar was in this small blue bowl with water in the bottom that made the bottom of the sugar packets saggy.

We’re usually quiet, introverted people so we took it as it came. I want to add this was our planned last date before she gave birth and all she wanted when she got up was good coffee and food and wanted to come here.

We sat there, drank our cold coffee hoping it was a fluke and hoping to get a hot refill but the waiter never showed. Frustrated I went to the bar with our cups and told them our server sucks and all we wanted was hot refill. They looked at me offended however our experience thus far was getting ridiculous.

I stood there waiting for a solution and noticed the food coming out. The other waiter who served the area across the patio grabbed the coffee and followed me. We finally ate and had hot coffee.

We only seen the waiter when she took our order, served it, and gave us the check. In about an hr and 20 min span. She never gave us sugar that wasn’t soggy when asked. The manager never came out. The whole experience was something I’ll never do again. I pay money for atmosphere, service and experience. We didn’t get that. You guys ruined our last date before having a child and seems she maybe having our child today(Monday). I haven’t received such lousy service like this in a very long time.

I would assume I’ll get a copy and paste response. Seems the other negative reviews are spot on and even though you will “forward” the reviews to the general manager corporate, it seems nothing is changing. Proof is the pudding. This lack of change shows me you guys don’t care. You will push the concept in high quantity over quality and that’s not what I support. Moving forward I’ll seek another business to support. This bridge was...

Long wait on Mother's Day which is understandably so even though we had reserved and placed ourselves on waiting list at 6:30am and got there at scheduled time before 7:30 and did not get food till almost 9 am...food was just okay. The review (of Snooze location Tucson, AZ location in Grant Rd) is mainly for okay food that I missed out on eating as well as the server refusing to correct the issue. We did not get the food we ordered. Rating was due to poor service and manager mishandling the poor customer service. Received the wrong food order/meal and server rather trying to correct started being combative stating we were wrong, made a scene and ready to become physical. I literally told the manager I am in physical danger of your sever and all he did was assign a new server and the other server was literally still all over us the entire time while waiting for the bill. Server tried to passive aggressively to apologize while accusing us for lying. Tried to show her notes. I simply ask to correct and give my mom food she ordered and asked for as I know and heard that my mom and I had same order and thought how cool is that my mom and I have same order same item from menu on Mother's Day. Server refused to listen started saying she's a teacher which has nothing to do with error, and that I'm disrespecting her., swearing on her kids life that were wrong. That were also disrespecting her. Whoever is right or wrong, doesn't matter as I just want my mom to get what she'd like on Mother's Day and cost is no issue. When asked for a manager server claims manager will take awhile because he's too busy and that she already told the manager that she read the order twice. When we asked for a manager, server yelled "there goes free meal". Manager gave $25.00 credit for future which we returned back to him , paid full price for entire meal including meal that was in error and gave another server who transact our bill a handsome tip. Customer service is out the door at this place from my point of view and will not return. Sorry to say but we had horrible...

Stopped in to check out the new "great brunch" location in Tucson. The parking was a bit tight, showed up between 10:30 - 11:00 am. The place wasn't really too busy, not sure why the parking lot was so full. The back of the restaurant was empty and not being seated. The patio had a few tables and several in the front of the restaurant as well as the bar with a couple of people. The staff were very friendly with each other and a little too focused on their own personal lives than serving their customers, they grouped up at the drink station, bar, and behind the kitchen doors during our stay.

Our table ordered drinks and a little food to share, it was a bit more of a wait than I expected considering the drinks were not fresh squeezed or brewed, just poured out of containers, and the staff weren't overly busy. The food wasn't anything to rave about I'd say basic fare. The bacon wasn't crisp and it was supposed to be spicy (specialty item) and really wasn't.

The restaurant has a fun feel, bright colors with a very open warehouse setup. The music was loud, gastro-pub style I'd call it. Don't bother trying to have a conversation here. I imagine this is age related, I don't enjoy the loud music and would enjoy a table conversation when I go out with friends or family.

I probably wouldn't go back since the food didn't wow, the price was a bit high for what we got and the atmosphere wasn't something I enjoy. I believe this place will do well with college students and young folks who enjoy this type of atmosphere, basic food, and drinks....

Was looking for a place to break the fast whilst doing some online work. So I checked Google maps for a nearby breakfast spot and lo and behold I found snooze. After reading the reviews I decided to try the habanero pork belly Benedict and I was not disappointed. Yes it is spicy, this is Tucson after all, plus the fact that there is habanero listed in the name should be warning enough for those faint of heart when it comes all things spicy. All kidding aside though, it is next level tasty and flavorful. I really appreciate the amount of work that clearly has gone in planning and preparation to bring this dish to fruition. It is dishes like this that make a food lover's journey through Tucson so rewarding. Service is very good even though they did overlook me after they sat me down for a while but it was eventually corrected and I was sent an excellent waitress. Once given my morning cup of joe to resurrect me and my senses I was able to properly experience the pork belly benedict. I will definitely be coming back to discover what other dishes and hidden gems there may be. I mean... if they put as much work effort and thought into one dish there have to be others right? We will see. For now I'm giving five stars and I am hopeful for happy returns to this breakfast spot.

It’s too bad I was only in Tucson for a few weeks and only found Snooze in the last 2. I went 3 times and it never disappointed. The atmosphere, service, and food are all 5 stars. Drinks, food— specifically veggie and/or protein focused plates, and staff make Snooze the perfect spot to get breakfast. I even joined the rewards program and plan to drive over from Yuma occasionally for this. My friend and I enjoyed the sweet potato dish and protein pancakes. Both were very well rounded meals with excellent flavor. It’s too bad I was only in Tucson for a few weeks and only found Snooze in the last 2. I went 3 times and it never disappointed. The atmosphere, service, and food are all 5 stars. At the other location, I’ve had the tofu scramble, split the monte cristo, bacon, and my husband had the spuds deluxe with cheddar holly and jalapeños. No complaints about anything— all seasoned well and brought out by smiling servers. Also, my particular-about-his-margaritas husband loved this one! Lime didn’t overpower the tequila, great balance of flavor 🤌

Everyone time i come here it’s an experience that i thoroughly enjoy it. The atmosphere is vibrant with a temperature both physically and spiritually. The staff is so damn beautiful and kind. Each of them bring this place to rise. Today i was greeted at the door by two warm and beautiful people. The young lady with fiery red hair and bright skin matched her attire with equal warmth and vibrancy. Her co-host was equally radiant with a gender defying make-up job and cheekbones that the world must be held up on. My server was Juan. All I’ll say is that he was phenomenal. Handsome, gorgeous, and a short king that managed his section efficiently with charm and genuine attentiveness. ;) The food?! Excuse me?! Always fresh, always steaming in the right places and cool in the next. I’m vegetarian and the chilaquiles satisfied a deep craving for some atmosphere and comfort food that’s guiltless. I don’t know why they call it “Snooze” i was awoken at the entry. Never mind. The food makes you want to climb back in bed for a few more minutes 🫠
