It’s clear to see by the most recent months reviews that we should not visit or trust the food at the sonic location on first avenue in Tucson, Arizona. If it is indeed managed by this disgusting excuse of a food worker, then it would make sense why store morale and quality is so poor.

He wiped sweat dripping from his forehead with the palms of his hands and continued to serve food. I hope this is not an indication of overall Sonic standards. Based on reviews, I would say it is. This self proclaimed manager needs retraining on deescalation, and after today’s reported incident to corporate this worker shouldn’t even have a crew position. I will be following up on this location specifically to ensure something is done about Sean/Shawn, no name tags and refused to give name.

Picture of Sean who left the store to try to intimidate me into leaving while claiming to have called the police. Police never showed as I waited on the phone with corporate.

If I could give negative stars on food and service I would.

I would like to be contacted by the franchisee. He needs to know who he has entrusted. Unbelievable that he has treated this many people this way, yet this is just the people writing reviews on Google, there’s yelp, etc. I needed popcorn...

I can't count how many times Ive ordered my food, payed and just left. Well I did it again right now except I didn't pay. THANK YOU GOD. 10-09-2015 @ 1032 There was one car waiting for food and I was behind him. He pulled away and I rolled up and turned off my engine, PEOPLE THAT BEEN TO SONIC KNOWS TO SHUT OFF ENGINE DUE TO LONG WAIT. Back to the story. It was just me now and two cars in the Car Hop whatever. I already Ordered a Large Butter-finger Blast. The Reason Why I Never Payed this time was they never collected my money/go to the window and confirm. Yes I already ordered at the Intercoms Drive-thru. 8 minutes go by someone comes to the window , here we go. Wait its friday @ around 1030, they are trying to get the FUGG OUTT! 13 minutes and Im still sitting in my car at the window. Now theres a car ordering, and two more waiting now. Then she looks up and sees me and still nothing. She thinks Im the one that just ordered? What happened to the guy(me) that ordered the Large Butter-Finger Blast? I left empty handed after 15 minutes, thank god it...

It's unfortunate how my visit was the complete opposite of what I've always experienced at this location for 20+ years. After arriving on time and checking in on the app with my stall #. I was sitting in my car patiently waiting for the next 25 minutes before a very kind employee came out to ask my name for the order and came right back out with my order and apologized which I thanked him and told him to have a nice day and he responded have a nice day as well. Once I returned home and got my food out I had taken 2 bits before realizing that my Cheesie Bacon SuperSonic Stack Burger only had 1 of the 2 burger paties that should have been on there. Everything else was correct and good. I tried using Sonics website and app to found out how to reach out to inform them of the mistake but there is no other way besides social media and that sucks cause I'm not trying to shame them but just inform them of both the good and bad of my recent purchase. Im sure my next visit I will have an all around good experience like I've always had...

Younger girl with large gages was laughing at the situation, she was mumbling on the mic and we’d ask her a separate question and she just repeated the last thing she said, she seemed confused about her own menu. Food was stale as if it has been sitting there. I was given ONE singular onion ring on my order of onion rings. Older man was being very petty and saying “that’s out of my pay grade” … as a manager this doesn’t sit right with me at all. May 31 Saturday at 10:00pm.

Old man said he was a manager was rude. He was mocking us over and over I’ve worked in fast food and never would I have treated a customer like that even on my worst day. Younger girl with large gages was laughing at the situation, she was mumbling on the mic and we’d ask her a separate question and she just repeated the last thing she said, she seemed confused about her own menu.
