Starbucks — Restaurant in Tucson

I went to the Starbucks at this Fry’s location and was rudely met by the lady at the cash register. After I recited my order to her, as she asked me to do; she put her finger up as a gesture for me stop. After she continued to struggle on the computer, after what felt like years, she then continues to berate her poor coworker in front of everyone waiting for their coffee. I heard her say “I’m not trying to be rude I’m just trying to make you understand the Starbucks way.” Not once did she lift a finger to help or be of any help to anyone who were patiently waiting for their coffee. She continued to be condescending to the other barista and stood in the corner questioning her every move. You could tell the poor lady was stressed and it made me so angry to see someone who was working so hard be belittled by someone who doesn’t know where the whip cream button is on her own computer system. When I went up to grab my coffee and I quietly told the other barista that I hoped her day got better. I then proceeded to take a sip of my coffee and practically yelled with excitement “THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD FROM THIS STARBUCKS, GOOD JOB!” The rude barista glared at me and I told her to have a good day.
