From the 1st day I moved in I had to deal with a neighbor that kept playing loud music late at night. I work days. I complained to management multiple times over the 3 months I lived there and was also willing to transfer units or to a sister property but nothing was available. They eventually gave him a written notice but that didn't stop him. The walls are so thin that I could also hear my neighbor snoring and I moved my bed to the living room area to try and drown it out. You can also hear your neighbor moving around in the bathtub or coughing. I finally reached my breaking point of not getting any decent sleep on January 27th when the neighbor had his music on until 1am and I gave my notice. They applied my $500 refundable deposits to the 1.5x the rent lease break fees they charged me and I owe the remainder and $160 fees for painting some smudges off the wall.
