I would love to tell you about the pleasant experience I had at your Grant and Alvernon store in Tucson, Az. Coming into your restaurant I saw a note on your door about letting the sandwich artists know if you are an EBT customer before hand to ensure you are apart of the right program to purchase using the EBT card, so I did so expecting the upset and put out, rude reaction that I've gotten all too often. Not this time, the gentleman who's name tag read "Mina" said very kind and respectfully to hang tight while he finishes the order he was working on. In no time at all the second sandwich artist named "Joshua" greeted me and took my long order of 7 sandwiches. And then after taking my order "Joshua" made just about every sandwich I ordered he was so kind and had amazing patience they both did really. "Mina" did an amazing job marking the sandwiches for me that was very helpful when it came time for my family to enjoy them. Accuracy, clean environment, outstanding customer service, and delicious food those gentlemen are right on it doing awesome. Thanks so much Mina and Joshua, I'll be returning to your store...

He disrespected me and refused me service for no reason. There was another woman in the store with her husband and she also had a problem dealing with a l e x. She had to mention something to him also but he did not refuse her service. I mentioned to a l e x that he should not be a manager. He was smart mouth with me and disregarded me. He said that I could listen to him tell me about your 30-minute rule about getting a refill and after that a person would be loitering and if he could answer questions about your drinks for sale then I could listen to his words about what he had to say about the homeless population and 30 minute time limit to get a refill on a drink. He was disrespectful and smart mouth and refuse me service for no reason and again another woman customer while I was inside the store also seemed not to appreciate the way a l e x was speaking to her. I had one of the worst experiences with Subway today, and itās incredibly frustrating. I placed an online order, and they charged me twice. My girlfriend went to the store to pick it up, but after sitting there for 45 minutes, they claimed they had no record of the order. Instead of resolving the issue, they decided to ignore her completely.
When I called the store, the employee told me they couldnāt do anything because āit never went through yet.ā This is absolutely falseāI have the debit transaction information in my hand proving the charges. They completely failed to take any responsibility or show basic customer service.
The worst part? My girlfriend was visibly upset after being ignored and treated poorly. Itās unacceptable behavior from employees who are supposed to help. What happened to Subwayās standards? Someone clearly dropped the ball here, and they need...
