El Oasis (Food Trailer) — Restaurant in Tukwila

I honestly feel like this was the birthplace of birria! I have quesabirria tacos pretty much once a week from all over the Puget Sound, and these by far are the best ones yet! They were STACKED with amazingly flavored and moist birria, and the outside was crispy! I always feel like the tortilla is somewhat soggy everywhere else. I took these home to eat, and they were still perfect by the time I arrived. The consume was perfect, and they also have delicious horchata, which... I am so picky about it, but it slaps here. Had never been here before and Had the Al pastor burrito and it was very so so, flavor was almost like it was for a child. Had the classic creamy Mexican restaurant refried pinto beans and red rice as fillers. The Al pastor flavor was buried under these fillers. To basic to go again in my opinion. At any food truck the food has to really sell it because this is all there is. There is no service other then the hands that hand you the food through a 6x6 window and there is no ambiance other than the drone of the highway and the firmness of the concrete parking lot...

I've been driving down towards downtown Renton to get my taco fix until I discovered this magical joint. The tripa, carnitas, barbacoa tacos are so good. Its especially hard to find a place who does tripas right, but this place is hands down the best Tacos de Tripas I've had in WA. Make sure to tell them to make it extra crispy!

Edit: I've been eating here every week since December...haven't gotten food...
