This company only cares about making a profit. They have no interest in putting in the essential basic funding to make improvements which honestly would make the business more money, but no they don't even care about their employees enough to pay them what they earned instead they will decide what they can pay you and report that instead then will report what they feel like paying so they can make sure they still can live their lifestyle while they don’t worry about the livelihood of the people whose backs are the only reason they have revenue coming in because the employees try to care enough to work more overtime than one person should because it’s such a terrible place to work they can’t keep an employee long enough that wants to stick around or they just can’t help but take advantage of the ones that do then just toss em out like trash after they are done with them. These people who are responsible for this company don’t even care about their employees so don’t expect that they care about your stay with them you’re just a dollar sign. Who needs the fundamentals like towels or clean linen. They can’t even replace the appliances they say they offer after they neglected to clean them for so long that now the cockroaches have their own suite too in the refrigerator and people do complain that at night they come out of their hidy hole to crawl in bed with you. Don’t worry if you complain they won’t be surprised because it’s not the first complaint they got about that this week. These people are so shady that they have a standing appointment with Orkin and they never pay them for their services they train their employees to acknowledge that they are not going to pay the bill and what that tells me is that it’s more of a matter of public safety not to come and at least spray 8 of the 120 infested rooms than to get paid. Oh that’s not all every room is growing with black mold they know about it but that would take away from their profit so it’s not gonna happen. Room 210 has been festering in black and multi colored mold from a broken pipe that bursted and was neglected for months from housekeeping meaning no one went in there for at least 90 days and after they found out about it they just closed the curtains it’s still their and you can see how toxic of an infestation their is from just the porch view. I’m no scientist but I’m pretty sure spores from mold can infect different parts of the hotel from being left to fester. Don’t worry they will be charging competitive local rates and still welcome your paycheck while they are a literal public safety concern. If I were you I would just goto the hotel that was 20 dollars more at least you won’t get sick or get taken advantage of by people who are so...
Read moreI stayed in room #174....PLEASE HERE ME....DO NOT STAY HERE! I would never have stayed here based on reviews, but we needed a last minute room and due to everything under the sun happening the next day in Seattle including Morgan Wallen in concert, everything was sold out except this place. I paid $175 for a room that was the worst lodging ever, including staying in 3rd world countries....it was DISGUSTING! Out of 4 lampshades, 2 were torn and hanging off the lamps. Out of 2 light fixtures in the ceiling, one did not work and the one in the bathroom was missing the guts and was just a lightbulb. The toilet would not flush because the mechanism in the tank had been replaced with a unit too small. So, I had to take the ice bucket and put two buckets in the tank in order to get it to flush. The door would not deadbolt and the chain could have been popped in a heartbeat. I'm quite sure there were people living (not staying temporarily) in other units and the one next to us had a hasp and padlock on the door with light on inside...probably a grow operation. The walls and ceilings had all kinds of disgusting and questionable stuff on them. I'm not gonna speculate what it might have been, but you can imagine. The coffee maker....absolutely laughable!!! What a joke. No blow drier, no tissues. Just enough toilet paper to get by. The bed looked clean, but when we pulled the bed skirt up, the boxspring was DISGUSTING. Stains, mildew, you name it. I pulled the blankets and sheets back (minus the matress sheet because I was afraid to) and they were clean with no questionable things. Had we found anything, we were leaving.||||My wife was horrified and slept fully clothed on top of the covers and stayed up most of the night not feeling safe. And to top it off a couple of Aussie chicks checked in before us and before we could get checked in, one came back and said, "I am not sleeping in that room! It smells like SH*T!" That's when I knew we were in trouble.||||Honestly, this place should be out of business from the health department at the least. TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be better off on the street! And no, I didn't take photos though I thought about doing so. I didn't because I want to forget the...
Read moreThe following is the e-mail that I sent to Wyndham and Days Inn and I never received a response. I stayed there approx. 6 months ago, so they have had time. We ended up staying there the night because it was late and we were catching the first flight out. Insult to injury: When we were checked in we asked if the van could take us to the airport at 6 am. We were told yes. It turns out they don't have a van available until 9 am and the morning shift didn't know why the afternoon shift would have agreed to it. Also, the AC didn't work.||Greetings. I am currently staying in a Days Inn by Wyndham in Seattle South Tukwilla. I am very unhappy with my room for the following reasons, and I would appreciate an e-mail or phone call at the following xxxxx or xxxxx. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.||A) we were charged 150 to stay here. This is a terrible hotel. My husband doesn't want to stay at Wyndham anymore bc of this place. (I'm reminding him we mostly love Wyndham.)|B) online is 82$|C) there are drug paraphernalia in the drawers. |D) they let the phone ring 15 times (I counted from the lobby) until it stopped ringing on at least five occasions without answering while we were sitting in the lobby, and they were sitting at the desk near the phone. |E) we arrived 5 hours before the check in time, were told they would help us as soon as a room opened, and were forgotten. Even as employees came in and ate lunch next to us while we waited. They ended up not checking us in until an hour after check in started.|F) the employees were very sketchy acting and somehow keep getting caught in their own doors and then when clocking in or out jump because the time card machine scared them bad. That's druggy behavior. |G) the office chair in front of the desk is broken, tipped my husband onto the floor, and hurt his back. |H) the curtains have MULTIPLE scorch marks|I) the upholstered chair had massive amount of dirt and trash under it. |J) the door frame to the room is damaged and looks like it has had a crowbar taken to it. |K) the door lock has screws that are falling out. ||We are probably going to leave tonight and find a different place to stay. I cannot imagine this place will give us...
