Slicks — Restaurant in Tulare

My review will be biased as I personally visit here 85% of the times I choose to go out for a drink. I've gotten to know the staff very well and for a dive bar this establishment is a great place to drink, socialize, play billiards (although having only two tables often limit playing time on the weekends) , there is ample parking in the partially paved partially dirt rear entrance as well as a nearby empty parking lot for a strip of buisness offices next door. Extremely small space. Dirty dollar bills cover almost all the walls and I'm pretty sure the picture of a woman behind the bar flashing us, is actually a bartender there, who knows?

There's a jukebox, the high tech ones, and a pool table in an awkward place. Women's restroom has one stall, no door. It's a pretty interesting area, next to a few gas stations. For Tulare night life, I'd rate it a 3/5. They do serve...
