Sushinola inc — Restaurant in Tulare

We had a party of 10 and it was the worst experience ever. The waitress that helped us seemed to hate it that we ended up in her section. Don't count t on getting any fountain drinks. Most drinks came in regular 12oz cans. Not even a glass with ice. The shrimp cocktail had like four shrimp in it. It took almost 40 minutes to get the first order out to us. Once all the food was served, the waitress was done with us. We needed limes, napkins, straws, more drinks and she never came back. I even piled the empty bottles of beer at the end of the table and she still didn't come ask if we needed anything. She was literally just standing around flirting with the cashier. We saw a couple get up and leave because the food was taking to long to come out. As we were paying the waitress was literally looking over the cashiers shoulder to see how much tip we had left her. Worst service ever. The food was 2 stars at best. The rice in the sushi was dry and the tostada plates came without tostadas. From start to finish, this dining experience was tragic. The food was okay, the tortillas were hand made but you could clearly tell they had been sitting out the whole day, the edges were hard. The service was garbage, the waitress ignored my calls, she ignored the fact we had asked for refills, and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything. It would be understandable if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. The ambiance wasn't fun, there was no music playing, all we could hear was the bartender gossiping with a customer. Lastly, we got overcharged, the guy who was acting as cashier needs a reality check and a lesson or two on customer service. You can't charge for food that was never brought to the table, rather than arguing about how the waitress had "entered it correctly," he could have simply removed the item. The bill isn't correct if we didn't get the taco, common sense. Overall, the dining experience was trash. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other restaurants WAY better than this one. Management should definitely look into who they have...

When dining there in the middle of the day, approximately eight months ago, my car was broken into and items were stolen even though the doors were all locked. Assuming that part of it could be my responsibility for having parked my car in their parking lot. I then went inside the following day and told them about this. They were very disinterested to hear even though I was a good customer. I asked them if they would look at security camera footage and they said, no, we don't do that unless we have a police order and our cameras don't work anyway. So I gave it one more try. Several months later, parking on the curb, up against to larry avenue, right outside the front doors, my door locked and everything else. I was in that place.Approximately ninety minutes and my car was broken into an important paper, stolen out of the glove box, right.
