The persons I either observed or interacted with, fellow customer or mostly employee, was conducive to my self-verifiably actual by factual, experientially gratifying and pleasant that I must admit that I seldom experience such pleasantry and memorable stress free, in franchised store dining in high quality single owner non-franchised dining. Nor have I yet to experience same pleasantry, yeah, even such time free, peaceful and stress free professional quality in environmental, in house, dining and deserting or just dining or just refreshing or just deserting wit such a non intrucive, conducive to relaxing enjoyment of great tasting product prepared with such quality in professionalism and no contest employee behaviorisms or speech, and not favoring a more monetary spending customer or plural by groups, yet pleasantly granting this single hot fudge sundae client equal in unbiased, quality customer service by greetings whether hellos or genuine, "have a great day!" goodbyes, I truly felt and experienced actual and factual and equally considerable respectfulness in the whole time I spent in enjoyment in peace in enjoying the excellent sundae prepared for and served with a radiantly genuine and sure smile towards me, That the brightest smile I have smiled myself, in more than a short time yet much more of a long, long time at that, I was a azed cthat I could not contain it because I HAD NO COTROL AT HOLDING IT BACK due to the service smile I etherily and uncontestible as the waitress greeted me, served me and goodbyed me with, were genuinely undeniably the genuine power and nonstopable power and purpose I could not cease to be happy, smiling and relaxably, peaceful and powerfully happy and free, as I have been in months, maybe YEARS! Such a valuable and truly important, appreciated establishment to the notoriously underserved West Side community . I honestly don’t ever eat here except the occasional ice cream cone or ice cream milkshake. So my review comes with the caveat of not speaking for the restaurant portion itself (other than the ice cream). Rather I am referring to the grocery portion . Fresh ingredients high quality affordable price options and convenient location easy to run in and out of is simply a blessing to this portion of West Tulsa community. It beats the heck out of warehouse market and any QuikTrip or convenience stores, and is a great alternative to crossing over East of the river or traveling to Aldi’s and having to deal with the sorely lacking and outdated 81st layout of Tulsa hills traffic when only needing a few grocery items . If I had to be nit picky and have any sort of complaint or suggestions it would be that it would be nice to have a larger selection like the Braum’s across the river off 71st . However that’s due to the fact the building is much larger . Save for the unlikeliest decision to rebuild a larger building I think a slight remodel of floor lay out would be nice. Possibly by taking out a few more sit down tables to expand grocery area even if only slightly. Honestly I hardly ever believe that the dine in area is ever even close to max capacity; I believe it would be a great idea that would make better use of the existing building and available space , as well as maximizing your revenues . Firstly, the positives. My food was properly cooked to bruams standards. That's it.

Now the negatives. My order was put in wrong and I was charged for something I didn't received. I ordered a #7 grilled with a large fry and medium drink. My order was rung up as a crispy instead of grilled and was charged for a large drink when ordering and GIVEN a medium cup. Once I was asked to pay I went to use my 100$ bill and the manager tried to tell the girl that they SHOULDNT accept my bill because it was too large of a bill for my 10$ order. Since when are we allowed to refuse REAL, US currency? They accepted it anyway since it was not counterfeit funds, and then when bringing attention to my orders ring up and charge issue, the manager seemed to think that when changing my order / drink charge that "well I only owe you 20 cents" and paused as if I was to say "oh just keep it then!" When that is my money I am owed. Besides that fact the tables are absolutely filthy. Every single one. I am a regular braums customer and work down the street for the state.
