I live very close to Braums and I took my children out to get ice-cream. First off, when I was asking my children what they wanted, one of them wanted a banana split sundae she didn't ask if it was for here or to go and I asked if I could get a single dip she said that want possible and I understood that so I told her that was fine. She placed the sundae on the counter and walked away obviously I wasnt going to get just one of my children ice cream and not the other so I said I still had to order some things. And she rolled her eyes. My other son wanted a hot fudge sundae and I told her, she made his and set out on the counter again with no lid! I told her I wanted a tuxedo and asked if I could get the cool mint cookie ice-cream and vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate ice-cream and she flaired her nose out and took a deep breath Bc I guess I annoyed her. I asked for extra marshmallow sauce on my sundae and she pressed the pump once and put the sundae on the counter this time with a lid and I told her I also needed large strawberry limeade so she made it and didn't put a lid on the drink and walked off with a smirk on her face. I again had to ask for a lid and instead of grabbing a lid from the drive thru area she walked out into the lobby and got one. I still needed to pay, and another employee walked right in front of me and started ordering what he wanted and she said I need to cash her out first and he proceeded to laugh and not move out of the way for me to pay. She told me the total and didn't inform me that the chip wasn't working and the other employee said you should have told her it wasn't working. And she said she thought I swiped my card already and he said you're going to get in trouble and laughed. She then said "I don't care" I purchased my order and had to ask the manager Reggie for a bag and as he helped me I told him I would be calling to speak with him. He said okay and both the employees that we're disrespectful heard me and I got in my van, called and explained all of this to Reggie and he apologized that I was treated so badly and to call Lori in the morning and let her know what happened. And as I was finishing up the phone call the employees walked out and the guy who was rude stuck his tongue out at my 10 year old son! I won't stop going to braums because I've never had an issue like this before but I do think those two employees need to be terminated for poor work ethic and disrespectful behavior towards a loyal guest at their establishment. Read moreNot even worth 1 star, I was forced to add one in order to post… Today I had the worst experience at this location. I simply asked the lady at the window, not the cashier but the other one why did they not notify us that it was a wait and she had the worst attitude and stated we don’t know if we’re gonna be backed up in until you’re here. Mind you when I came around from ordering my food. There were already two prior cars over to the right hand side I thought they were just parked cars. No, they were cars waiting on their order so she clearly knew that they were they were backed up. Then other orders start coming out behind all three of us. They were now parked waiting on our orders. The first car drove off. The second car was waiting for ice cream, so there was no cooking there. There shouldn’t have been no wait for her at all and then there’s me I finally get my order which were too large hashbrowns and both of the two large containers had every bit of six hashbrowns in there six hashbrowns at that point I wanted to go in and get a full refund for my order because I was totally dissatisfied not to mention the cherry limeade that I ordered that taste like it’s been sitting there overnight. Read moreI love braum's the milk is so fresh. When I can afford to spend a little bit more on my groceries they're close to my house convenient and pretty good selection for the size. It would be nice to see a few new items now and then. My first complaint is that they won't sell me a gallon of milk in the drive-thru. The biggest problem at this location however is that usually the young person at the register in the grocery line or even in the window is apathetic and lifeless, nearly always failing even to smile or respond to a thank you. One particular young man from the grocery register is not just lacking in customer service he's downright rude and almost hateful and even when thanked and asked a question such as the lady in front of me did when she inquired whether he gets cold working by the door he stared at her blankly did not respond and overall exhibits zero desire to be polite at all or even have basic manners. Where are the owner of braum's I would make sure that a young man such as he did not receive any further paychecks. Just my opinion.... Which is what this darn review box...
