Burger King — Restaurant in Tulsa

Pictures are misleading!!!!! Food doesn't look like that!!!! Give receipt!!! They never do! They are in a tin by register? What are they up to? Sandwich at 11:40am was cold all through out. Lady at window was crabby. Burger King could be awesome but if employees don't care, it's like this location. It won't change. They got 2 stars cause the mozzarella sticks were good and kinda warm It's been a while since I've been here and sure enough they didn't give me a receipt again. I sat in the driveway too long. My burgers were cold and very disappointing and I'm not sure why they don't have that charbroiled taste anymore. I think we can complain all we want to on these reviews and it does not make a difference Update: 1 star now, went inside. Two for 5. Fish sandwich was cold and greasy. Not a good combination. Really bad. Single quarter pound king was room temperature and loaded with onions. So sad. I want it to be good but always disappointing. Register lady seemed upset when I wanted receipt. Hmmm I came back to give it another shot in the Big King is just as horrible as ever it's a cold sandwich I even ate in the restaurant it tasted like salt and pickles see if you're disappointed if I could give it negative...

I wanted something different for lunch today and saw this BK and stopped in. I had too high expectations and I see that now. The place looked pretty new. I went thru Drive-thru and ordered some stuff off the dollar menu. The voice over the speaker was clipped, cold, unfriendly and at the end of my order she said "$4.10", thats ALL. SO I pull up to the window and there's two ladies standing there and one looks at me and again repeats the amount so I give her my card, she processed it all while looking at her buddy, hands me my card and food real lazy like she can't be pulled from her convo to speak to this pesky customer. Didn't look at me, no thank you, !@#$ you, or anything, and I just drive away. What kind of customer service is this suppose to be?

Do they teach people to treat people this way? And yet we keep on coming..Well I'm not, won't be back. Shame on ya. This took place on Fri, Mar 11 at about 1245pm. Hope these people and their kids get treated like non-people like this...

I went to this location and ordered through the drive-thru. My husband ordered the bacon and cheese whopper while I wanted the Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich (classic). I was then asked if I wanted the number 9(the Original Chicken Sandwich), to which I answered "No" and repeated the Classic Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich twice. I pulled up to the window and double-checked I would be receiving the correct sandwich, Classic Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich, after "correcting" the sandwich with the kitchen this man proceeded to blame me and say I quote "Its the Royal Chicken. It's not my fault I asked them 3 times. They told me the wrong one. It's not my fault." EXCUSE ME!!!! I wouldn't be leaving a review had he not blamed me and just said "Yea I'm sorry. I guess I heard them wrong." I'm not to blame for the fact you couldn't hear me properly over whatever was playing in the air pods you had crammed in your ears! Maybe next time, don't listen to music or podcast while dealing...
