See, the thing is, it felt like being back in Oakland California when I walked in. Color me surprised when I looked them up and lo and behold their "state-of-the-art roastery" is IN Oakland, California. This tickles me. I want to support them and their ventures. Sadly, I felt like the coffee was really bitter. The apple brown sugar was not worth it for me. Yes, I normally drink sweeter, but I can handle less sweet when the flavors are there but something tasted wrong for me. People were kind.
