I hate donuts. I see them as the most unsatisfying and least-filling waste of calories out of pretty much any food. I don’t eat them. But I ate this one. I savored it. I had a moment of transcendence that caused my worldview to shift momentarily. They are not a cake donut, or a regular donut... they are some blissful convergence of the two. We got some to take home so that their dad could experience nirvana with us. 😋

They were just one of our many purchases; our family stocks up regularly at this lovely Mexican bakery. We especially love their semita integral (very airy and a hint of sweet) and the little pig cookies (a molasses cookie). It’s a must-see! #panchoanayabakery #donutheaven #childhoodmemorymaking #raisingfoodies #supportlocal...

Been coming to this panaderia for years with my boys as a treat on Saturday morning as we play Pokemon Go in the area. There is a ton of choices when it come to pastries đŸ„ź đŸ„. They love the conchas, cakes and a Topo Chico tall boy to wash them down with. As for me I’m still a fan of the calabaza (pumpkin filled) empanada. I wish there was more pumpkin in them but they still hit the spot with a black cup of Colombian cafĂ©.

I miss the seating outside which is kind of a bummer. However it looks like the whole Kendall Whittier outdoor seating has been raptured. Anyway I would recommend this Mexican pastry shop for its great selection of authentic baked goods, coffee and Mexican sodas. We will...

This fun Mexican bakery is a staple in the Kendall Whittier district in Tulsa, OK. Just off of Admiral and Lewis it’s a great location if you’re already in the area for the Saturday farmers market or seeing a movie at Circle Cinema. They have everything from lattes, to ice cream, to
well of course Mexican baked goods. Their baked goods are their staples. These include, cookies, churros, and croissants. My wife and I ordered two dozen churros for a party and they were well priced and VERY delicious. If you’re in the area this is a great stop for a date night or an outing...
