JC's Pizza — Restaurant in Tulsa

Well this is my first experience with this particular establishment and I have to admit I am very displeased and dissatisfied with the overall experience. First of all the pizza was absolutely terrible no taste at all just disgusting to be honest. You can tell right away they're using extremely cheap ingredients and I was rather surprised at how much it was for just a small pizza that they call large and a small tiny order of cheese dippers was over $21. Which I don't mind if the taste is good but it's not worth the money at all Not only was the pizza terrible the cheese Dippers were literally burnt so while I was trying to eat them I was getting a char burn taste in my mouth which was terrible! I don't recommend this place to anyone obviously I knew it was probably too good to be true when I pulled up to the establishment you obviously kind of know right away that it's too good to be true but because of their High rating and all of the good things people were saying I how to check this place out. I think the only thing this place has going for it is that it serves from 11 p.m. to 4:20 a.m. so obviously if people are desperate hungry they're going to order food from here but I would highly discourage that there's so much better places I know a lot of places shut down but I would just go with out or just go anywhere else than here very...

Ordered for late night delivery. Much better than initial impression! I didn't expect it hot (extended delivery miles) and tend to keep my very loooow when ordering anything after 9:30 pm from any 'restaurant' still open in this neck of the woods Prepared for slight to medium disappointment, I retrieved the lone box (delivered precisely as asked 😁) and opened it. Visually, it met my low expectations but it was very 'sad' looking and kind of unappealing. I almost didn't bother to try it and was preparing myself to pass it directly along to my 4 legged babies...but, I was curious enough and peckish so, I took a bite. Much to my surprise, there was flavor! A lot of really pronounced and fresh herbs accentuated by just the right balance of sauce/cheese/toppings. I don't know what type of voodoo magic these folks are conducting but it had actual flavor, noticeable, discernable, actually thoughtful, seasoning! The crust lacked my preference regarding the chewiness etc but that's hard to get without a wood burning pizza oven and very subjective so, no criticism, just notable. I've learned to be prepared for perpetual disappointment these days so my very late night pizza was was a stunning surprise in flavor and quality. Thanks JC's! You've made it to the top of a list that I didn't...

Edit: Trying to order from them tonight, they changed their online ordering page where it did not ask for a login. I thought, no big deal. I order my usual, supply my card info, phone and email...and wait. The order was placed at 1:22am, with confirmation of a fund transfer from my bank app. It is now 3:21am and I have yet to receive a phone call or an email. They are nice workers, but after tonight, I cannot risk $20 on a gamble for food, which upsets me more than I thought it would due to depression and from having several good experiences with them in the past.

I ordered a double pepperoni pizza from here. The crust was a little burned, but I liked it. The cheese and meat were average at best. It was unremarkable compared to pizza you can get during the day, but at midnight, when your fast food options are quiktrip, whataburger, taco bell and jack in the box, it is something welcome and different and your complaints about the food become irrelevant.
