I had a pizza delivered this evening, the order was placed at 6:00 pm and my instructions were to "knock on the door" but that did not happen. It was supposed to take 30-40 to be delivered and after 50 min. my husband opened the door and the pizza was sitting at the edge of the steps on the second floor of our apartment. The pizza was cold $12.99 and the 16oz. container of homemade ranch dressing $5.49 was hot. When we opened the box, it looked as though it had been thrown to its resting place to the second floor. I took a picture of the disarray of pizza scattered inside the box but I cannot upload it here. The servers name is Isaiah H. My order #38 name Karen Crowley bill total $24.54. The receipt states it was delivered at 6:24 pm. This is unacceptable and utterly the worst service I have ever received!! The first time and second time they did not bring the ranch that we ordered. Also they we're late! This last time we ordered 2 triple play deal with 2 salads. The pizza got there late like normal and they had brought the wrong salads. I call them and they said they would rush the correct salads back to us in 15 minutes! Lol what a joke!!!!!! 40 minutes later we called again because we still had not gotten our salads. They told us it would be at least another 30 minutes to get our salads. So my kids were able to eat but my husband and I had to wait over 2 hours to eat!! With an order that cost $60-70 every time we order we will never order Mazzios again. Read moreI ordered some pizzas at 445 told they would arrive in 30-40 minutes. When they didn't arrive within an hour I called. The girl I talked to said they were delivered. I told her they weren't and she verified my address, called the driver and said she would have a reorder ASAp. At 610 I recieved a email that the driver was on the way. They are 5 min from house. At 635 I called and the person gave me a whole nother address not mine. While on hold to speak to a supervisor, I got a call waiting from the same number and answered and the guy again startled rattling off the wrong address, mind you my confirmation order email has the correct address. Then while explaining that address is wrong, understandable upset, he hangs up on me. Then I finally get to a supervisor and explain everything and request a refund to my card. He tells me I have to call treasury. Poor customer service. Poor resolution. I want my 60$ refunded. And still never recieved...
