McDonald's — Restaurant in Tulsa

The language barrier is a lot of the problem at this Mcdonalds. It is also very slow. If you go after 10 p.m., prepare for at least a 30 minute wait in the drive-thru. That is no exaggeration! Typically, they wont get your order correct or your food is cold. One or the other. The other day, I went inside the store. I ordered 2 egg white delights. I waited several minutes to get my food and when I finally did, they gave me two egg white round eggs in a platter, like the ones they use for the pancake breakfasts. I laughed so hard. The manager was hispanic and she walked over to wonder why I hadnt took the food from the counter and left yet. I told her that the order she put on the counter wasnt mine and that I ordered 2 egg white delight sandwhiches. She honestly didnt know what that was. They sell the hell out of those sandwhiches daily but the look on her face was complete confusion. I had to try and explain what kind of sandwhich it was that it is a mcmuffin with white cheddar cheese, ham and egg whites instead of yellow eggs. This was ridiculous! I wished the owner would stop trying to sacrifice customer service to save a few bucks and get some employees in there that speak pretty good english and can understand english better than what hes got in there. This is crazy. He can see from previous comments that its been a problem for quite some time now. Fix it! Its a huge problem. I ordered breakfast for my mom using the mobile app and as soon as I told the worker the code she said it was invalid and already used

I tried showing her you just used it it's on my phone that you received the code please go get your manager so you can fix this because I won't be able to use this code again today

She told me there was absolutely nothing she can do and wouldn't get her manager

I went inside the store to talk to the manager the manager had an attitude with me told me to calm down I explained to her what do you mean by calm down I'm neither yelling or cussing I'm simply telling you the problem

She asked the correct everything and fix the sandwiches inside

She did them totally opposite then what we ordered

Instead of a sausage and egg biscuit With absolutely no cheese she made bacon egg and cheese sandwiches

After realizing that the order was incorrect and how can they come back in the store again

She finally fixed it I asked her for a little conversation like free orange juice hash browns or anything this is the third time you've messed up my order today

she laughed at me and my mother and told her no the only thing she can do is correct that worker will be better and for us to have a great day

Then told us maybe next time we shouldn't rely on the mobile app and just pay full price like everybody else does

I am recommending people to never eat at this McDonald's again it has negatively affected my experiences for the other McDonald's that I grew up loving...

The folks who work here are plenty customer service adequate, and the young lady who had been working the window on one of my mornings stops was well above average and I'm sure not being paid what she's worth for the amount of juggling tasks she was dealing with while keeping a positive attitude and quite pleasant. However, each morning the fast food establishment struggled to be fast. Day one, we had to wait in line to get coffee with 4 other drivers, next 2 visits I assume it must have been our hash browns were made to order. I don't usually expect to have to wait upwards of another 5-10 minutes for McDonald's but after 3 days and 3 visits, you may wanna make sure to plan a few extra minutes into your trip if stopping here to grab a quick bite prior to going about the rest of your day. Again, I want to reiterate that my interactions with anyone on the staff was always pleasant and welcoming, it's just the turn around time on receiving the order that really impacted my impression of this location. If McDs can figure that out then it won't be just the arches that are golden. Finally, why don't you have the 'steak' egg and cheese bagel?
