The short and sweet: food, delicious. Services, disappointing.
The long: Came in at 12:30 pm on a Saturday with a decent size group. 7 adults and 2 babies. I’m going in with a mindset that it will take a bit longer.
We were told the wait would be 15 minutes, but only had to wait less than 5. Great! We were seated promptly with 2 high chairs. First thing I noticed was that a booth with curved seat was available, but we were sat at a table having to squeeze a bit in. I’m not sure what the thought was for putting a bigger party table in a smaller space. While within the next 10 minutes of being seated a party of TWO was seated in the big booth.
Once we were seated, our waitress did not come to us for over 20 minutes. We had to grab someone to ask what was up, the waitress came over and promptly and was apologizing profusely. She was sweet which made the disappointment of not being seen a tad less.
The waitress explained that it was her fault because she was under the impression that our table was in a different section for another server and was new. That is understandable, and I won’t be harsh against our waitress, however, as a whole, how did we get missed my multiple staff? How did the communication between the staff falter? 20 minutes with babies is a lifetime.
It took about 35 - 50 minutes for our food to come out. I say that because most of the burgers came out in about 35 minutes, a side salad took about 40 minutes to come out, and by the time we were done eating our burgers, the chicken pasta came out at the very end (50 minutes). I have no idea why that was.
Side note, two of our party left and took the babies home and waited to take their food to go. They did not wait for the pasta. We did ask to rush the order.
I did notice other parties, a party of 4 and a party of about 13/15 was seen pretty quickly and orders were taken promptly.
The food: food was phenomenal. I had the PB and B. A great blend of meat, bacon jam, and peanut butter. Nothing was over powering the other, and the burger pretty much melted in my mouth. Soft bun. Would get again. I got the sweet potato fries. They were average. I also tried the jalapeño cheddar tots. Crispy. Pretty good flavor. But no jalapeño taste or spice.
Restaurant: clean. Plenty of space for big parties. Bar area with seating. Decent atmosphere. Prices for the burgers wasn’t too astronomical and I believe was decently priced. Burger does not come with a/ side. $10.50 for a burger, $4 for the sweet potato fries.
All in all: the food and very sweet waitress saved Society from lower stars. I would come back and try again, and hope this was a one off...

First, I'd like to thank everybody who has viewed my reviews, as of today I'm up to 9.7 million views.
This is my first venture to Society Burger and I will definitely be going back! From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a warm welcome. The environment and atmosphere were wonderful and the facility very clean. I often judge a restaurant on the cleanliness of its restrooms and I must say these were perfect.
I had the classic hamburger which was cooked to absolute perfection. I would venture to say it was probably one of the best hamburgers I've had. The onion rings were spot on, very fresh and also cooked to perfection.
My date had a Salad Number 4, which was exceptionally fresh and plentiful.
Although there was plenty of seating available, we had our meal at the bar. I had the Orange Crush which had Deep Eddy Orange, Cointreau, orange juice and Sprite; it was absolutely refreshing, so much so I had a second. My date's cocktail was a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper which has Stoli Vanilla, real black cherry and Dr. Pepper. She thoroughly enjoyed it and wants to replace all her Dr. Peppers with this one!
To top it off we had the Fruity Pebble milkshake which was close to heaven. Definitely have to try it. My date said her diet does not exist anymore but it was so worth it.
Now to the staff: our bartender was Cade who is kind, friendly and very attentive to our needs, she's top notch. The manager was Hutch who stopped by to check on us multiple times. I saw him do the same to other tables, and like he did with us he made several meal suggestions, two of which we took him up on and I'm glad we did. Hutch absolutely knows his business. He's very personable and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does.
The food and the outstanding personalities of the staff joined together to make it a perfect outing.
I base my tip on several things, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality and quantity of food, and the facility cleanliness. I was impressed with all three and therefore left a 25% tip. It was...
Read moreThe burgers were very good, double thin patties, but was disappointed the everything burger only related the the bagel topping seasoning and not the burger toppings - no lettuce, pickles, or tomato and the cream cheese came in a square smack in the middle of the top burger. The jalapeno cheese tater tots were terrible. We sent them back, everyone agreed they were awful. Stick with the regular fries, they were good, not crispy at all which works great for reheating leftovers in the air fryer.. The caramel shake was delicious, although it took a bit before it came out, some issue with the machine. We went at lunchtime on Sunday and it was packed. We were seated in a booth immediately and our friendly and although our server was a bit quiet for all the noise our service was great. It was pretty loud. I suggest putting felt under the chairs. Every time a chair was moved, which was often, you couldn't hear what the person sitting next to you (or our server) was saying due to the noise. They do have a boozey menus so perhaps a good brunch place. Limited menu but covers the basic breakfast and lunch. The chicken...
