Whi tf wouldn't someone want a bag for more more than one Styrofoam box? Crappy managers in there. Not picking up doordash here again.

On Sun Oct 13th, 2024 at 7:20pm i went to pick up an order and I was there just a little bit early waiting for it. Order was a large order of donuts. Box of 24, 2 small boxes of 6. Kid at the counter I talked to was sweet. The two older folks seemed like they hated working, and were treating the kid like a weirdo. I really wanted to rip them a new one. Long story short, the kid went to bag my food, and the two older folks started raising their voice at him "don't box it unless they ask for it!" The kid looked confused and awkwardly handed me 3 boxes (that I definitely would have rather had bagged, so the kid knew what he was doing). So when I went to walk out, I dropped like 2 of my boxes of donuts because it was awkwardly inconvenient carrying all 3 boxes stacked onto of eachother. To kick off our Spring Break I took my boys to Sugar Llamas. We usually go to BA but we were running errands in South Tulsa. We bought donuts and three sausage rolls. The employee, who was a grown woman (maybe manager or owner), is who was helping us. My son asked for ketchup and she gave him three pouches so each boy got one. Well, they needed more so my son asked for four more. My middle son (who is 4) ran out of his ketchup and waited patiently at the counter as she served those in the drive thru. She asked what he needed and he said one more ketchup please. She said “well I can give you JUST one more” with a tone. My son didn’t pick up on it but I did. When I spent $3.50 per sausage roll, and my total was nearly $25, I’d expect a little better customer service. He was asking for one ketchup, not twenty. The sausage rolls are a good size and kids like ketchup. Averaging three ketchups per sausage roll is pretty good for my boys, especially when they are small, off brand ketchups. The food and snacks themselves are delectable, attractive and large variation of options. Freshly fried little doughnuts, a wide variety of options and an adorable presentation. The little pizza boxes used as dought delivery crates....genius!

The service was fantastic!! The young lady at the register was so super helpful in choosing items (it was our first visit). She listened and recommended very well. Her insight as to what my wife and I would like was spot on and her suggestions with flavors on the doughnuts was insightful.

The shop is adorable, the decorations are super cute, the vibe is great.

Price was good for what you're getting, very much prefer this to something like Krispy Kreme or something of compatible pricing. Plus their coffee and frappe's were WAY better.
