I want to start by saying a couple days ago I came into your store to try out the new brisket sandwich. My sandwich was put together lazily, as are a majority of my subway experiences. So much so, my sandwich was even dropped in the toaster and they scooped it back up and put it back on the bread, laughed and said “oops!” That moment was going to be my last stepping into your doors.
However tonight my fiancé happened to be craving Subway. We live about a mile away, so I figured I would give it one last shot. Let me tell you. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any subway in my entire life. I have now experienced the worst, and the best subway experiences in the matter of a week. I have to make a shout out to the sandwich artist, Jimmy, who actually cared about my sandwich. I get the same thing almost every single time. Chicken Bacon Ranch melt, but with rotisserie chicken. He made it perfectly. Toasted my chicken for me and drained the excess fat before placing it on my sandwich. That never happens. He actually listened to me when I was asking him to put certain amounts of veggies on my sandwich, instead of having it lazily thrown in my sandwich. Moral of the story is this man deserves to be recognized. If there are subway olympics or something, he...
Read moreI’ve been going to this location for many years as it’s by my house. Always seemed like it was changing hands between who owned it. My last experience was so horrendously bad I had to share. First of all as of recently they have a barrier in front of the meat and cheese where you used to be able to watch them put together your sandwich. By the time you realize they barely put any meat it’s already been toasted. The young man obviously wasn’t trained properly when putting together the rest of my sandwich and wrapping it up. When I was going to pay they tried charging me $3 for fresh mozzarella and were rude when I asked them to take it off since I wasn’t told about the charge originally. Not to mention had the barrier not been there I would’ve been able to see him adding the fresh mozzarella as opposed to the free shredded I always get instead. When I finally tried eating it I’d realized they swapped the flatbread for a cheaper brand. It’s a shame as it was pretty much inedible. Subway is most definitely cutting costs but they’ll be cutting customers as a result....
Read moreLet me start my saying Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. I have always loved the food since I was a kid. It was so very rare that an experience would be bad in the event of eating at any Subway.
In my opinion...the app is killing the experience. Although it is somewhat Convenient, I think it takes away from the personal touch of making the customers sandwich in front of them. This particular location seems to be a mess. 2 times in a row my sandwich was been made incorrectly when ordered on the app. Twice in a row! Like I said before, Subway is an icon in my mind because I really love the food. The app is killing it. I’m sure it has boosted the business to allow customers to just go pick it up, it perhaps it is over working the already short staff in to making unnecessary mistakes.
Go back to the roots and make the...
