Definitely need to either train, have a discussion with or fire the guy that works nights that wears a diamond chain and a gold watch. This guy has made my order twice and both times the customer service is horrible. It’s clear that this guy doesn’t want to work here and he makes it VERY obvious. Ordered a footlong and got the amount of lettuce for a kids meal so of course I asked for more and the “more” was probably only enough for a 6 inch at best. Went in at lunchtime.. I said hello to the woman that was behind the counter and she did not even acknowledge me. She started moving bread around and after 5 minutes of me standing there being completely ignored, I said hello again. She slowly looked up at me, and shook her head, says to me Hold on, I’ll be right with you. Couple more minutes go by. She then finally gets her shit together and starts making a sandwich.
