Well this place was kind of my go to for lunch if i couldnt think of anything else because who doesnt love tacos right? Well today i had a very frustrating experience.. I went there on my lunch break and got a "whole lotta box" with half tacos and half burritos for me and my coworker to share. When i got back to work with it we each bit into 2 of the burritos and they were both hard. We threw them away and upon examining the other 4 burritos they were all also hard. Which leads me to believe they had been sitting out all day and they threw them to us just to get them out of the restaurant. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone and explained the issue and she told me that if i brought the burritos back she'd give me a full refund since half of the food was bad. I agreed and finished my work day. After work, i went back to the restaurant with the remaining 4 burritos and was greeted by a different manager. I explained what had happened earlier and what i had been told and was told that he would only refund me for the 4 burritos i had returned. I explained again the situation and what i had been told by the woman on the phone earlier claiming to be the manager and he still refused to give me my full refund. This followed with some words back and forth with the manager and finally after having to raise my voice he agreed to refund me for the 6 stale burritos i had received earlier. Normally i go to this place at least once a week, maybe twice, but after that experience theyll be lucky if i ever go back at all. Extremely poor customer service and a lack of care for the food...
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and accepting of mine and my friends disabilities. The food was prepared well, definitely with extra care, just like their signage explains about their work ethic. They have a big sign about the ethic of their founder and how they maintain that ever since. They have another outlining staff responsibilities throughout the day, shown publicly so that you know what to expect of them and therefore they have even more emphasis to make sure they're meeting everybody's proper expectations.
They're not serving anything on trays at the moment. They also have a sign that the register that they are out of cheesecake chimichangas for the moment but still have other dessert options. Your food is served to you in takeout form, but you are free to use a table as well for dine and eating. This is just an add layer of health safety for the current times. Fountain drinks are still open and accessible for self-serve. Utensils are served with your food or can be asked for at the counter, and same with hot sauce.
The place was very clean and well kept, even the restrooms / toilets and the outside property.
This is one of the better locations I have visited, and I have visited some other high...
Read moreI went into the Lobby to order lunch for me and two other coworkers. Towards the end of ordering I noticed the total balance due on the last two tickets we're not the same. After looking at the receipt I noticed that he did not charge me for the Pick 3 for $2.99 meal but charged me full price for each item separately. A difference of roughly $1.50. When I brought it up to his attention, he began to argue that it was my fault for not ordering it correctly.
Now, I've worked in customer service for a long time and usually I can handle a situation where I am incorrect as the customer. However, instead of apologizing and explaining to me ways in which I can avoid this from happening again, his response was "I didn't do it. You did it." He just continued to plea his case that it was my fault because I didn't say pick 3 meal.
First, dont argue with the customer, second apologize. Always apologize. Three, dont get irritated that you have to fix it. I mean, I ordered 3-7 layer taco cups..... it didnt dawn on him to ring it up as pick 3 Meal? I was taken back to...
