Burger Street — Restaurant in Tulsa

It used to be so so awesome I don't know if this place got bought out but if it did it went downhill from there! It's still good but it's not the same not even close! Piss poor management every single time, my cherry limeade was so syrupy it almost made me vomit on my girlfriend after I just told her they had the best Cherry limeades in town cuz I haven't been there for a while, I asked them to taste it with their own straw they looked at me like I had a disease wouldn't taste it not even with their own straw they wouldn't taste it I asked him please tell me about the cherry limeade she said we've always been putting for pumps and I said I didn't say anything about putting for pumps in you change the Cherry it's so nasty and cheap now that it just bypasses everything you don't taste anything but cherry! The woman was mad enough to even only make up for one of the orders not the other but one of the sodas so only my cherry limeade got fixed my girlfriend had to suffer with it so I gave her mine when I got it and we split it and guess what.... the same for pumps you would think after that and asking that been being very polite about it they would put maybe one pump of cherry syrup and let me try it shake it see if it's good or at least two pumps cut it in half my Lord but no they put the whole for pumps in and say well this is just how we making so I don't even know why they gave me another one it was pretty much a slap in the face in the middle finger to my girlfriend, so the one on 51st and Sheridan don't go there that's where I went there's still a lot more in town I'm going to go check out and see if they've been bought out because they used to be the bomb for years and years and years and now just...

5 dollars for a large drink is insane! I was treated very unfair when it wasn't my mistake I had ordered a lrg Fri and large cherry lime maid after she asked 3 times wat I wanted as my drink get to window she said 4.98 gave me the drink I said wat about my fries she said I didn't order fries then I realized 5bucks for a drink I said oh no I'm not paying 5 for just a drink I said just make it a combo meal she gets mad cause I wanted the drink on combo she said she credited the drink back to my card and charged me $11 and some change for my meal. I've waited 2and half weeks for the credit so I go to store and tell them I'm here for my lrg drink that was never credited so I'm sitting there as they speak in a foreign language so I can't understand them so the manager calls corporate office guy wants to talk to me in the end he took my number and said he'd be calling me its been 4 days I'm calling today I want my drink and...

I normally only go to this location during lunch, but I am pregnant and was in desperate need of a really good cheeseburger right after work. During the lunch time hours I always get great service with a smile, but today was a little different. The girl in the Drive-Thru window was very rude not only to me, but to the two cars behind me as well as she took their orders. I have worked in fast food and in a Drive-Thru window, so I understand what's required of the job. There is no excuse for the way I was treated or the other customers. It took 15 minutes for me to get a junior Burger and I never want to go back to that location again. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I won't be able to call and file a formal complaint, but for now this will do. Burger Street, please hire people with a good attitude if you can manage it.
