UPDATE SINCE ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Like others have posted, the restaurant being inside a car dealership is sort of weird,.. but once you get past that,.and the dejected car salesmen in front,..my hunt for the BEST Biscuits and Gravy have been found! By far, better than many other places I have tried over time in the area.Their Chefs have this recipe down pat! Staff is SUPER friendly and accommodating (especially Seth, and Lilly and Chefs Tim and Jake! I order the Classic Breakfast, that comes with biscuits and gravy, country potatoes and eggs,..But they let me substitute the country potatoes for hash browns and a side of mixed fruit which I have been opting for on a regular basis, instead of the eggs. And because I am quirky and love my food to be steaming HOT, they microwave my plate before it comes out, or as it cools down and gladly do it again. LOVE the complimentary FREE coffee,..It doesnt get any better for a great breakfast out. PS: they have GREAT homemade scones, I LOVE the Apple Crisp ones they make.
Now for an up date. Today I decided to try something new. They offer a variety of Omelets, But I really prefer Scramble Eggs with ingredients. So I asked and they said, Yes we scramble any Omelet you like. I ordered the bacon mushroom and mozzarella and substituted the bacon for ham instead. It comes with hash browns and a big flaky biscuit. But instead of opting for the biscuit I was able to substituted and get fresh fruit! The scramble was WONDERFUL! The whole breakfast was my perfect idea of everything I really like. Thank you to the Biscuit House for such great food and a wonderful staff! You always make it enjoyable! PS: they have a "Loyalty Rewards program", spend 100 and get a...
Read moreWas not expecting a cool little diner inside of a Toyota dealership. That's a new and weird thing I guess. My friend told me he tried them when he was getting some work done on his car and suggested I try them out. I was more or less expecting a glorified starbucks rip off. You know like they basically just warm up a sandwich in a panini maker and charge you triple... Surprisingly their breakfast was full menu, french toast and biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, all the things. My wife and I got the B&G and the French toast, also some amazing coffee and scones. How are they fresh baking scones and biscuits in a Toyota dealership! Anyway, they are pretty reasonably priced and I would more then recommend them especially to someone who would dismiss it like I did initially. Honestly the only reason I did was because the person who told me about them, in my opinion, has a great since of style and taste.. so when he talks I listen. If it had been anyone else I probly would have never gone, soooo yeah give em a shot and I'm sure you won't be...
Read moreFirst visit to Biscuit House 7/12/2024. “Haley Hash” was a steaming mound of golden-brown potato shreds, interspersed with spicy chorizo crumbles, edges crisp and inviting; melted cheddar weaves through a binding of diced fresh tomatoes and green onions offering fresh contrast with a dollop of salsa adding more zesty kicks. Perched atop this savory landscape, two eggs await the fork's breach; yolks, once pierced, cascade down, enriching every bite with silky warmth. The texture play—crunchy, tender, and creamy—dances on your palate. Beside this main attraction sits a freshly baked biscuit, not flakey, just butterily moist with a crust sturdy yet yielding a fluffy interior; adding a schmear of Smucker’s Strawberry preserves transforms it into a sweet counterpoint to the hash's savory notes. To wash it all down: complimentary unlimited coffee, smooth and rich; almost makes you forget you're contemplating major life decisions on a full stomach. “Biscuit House” breakfast, while not revolutionary, offers a satisfying start to any day....
