Hardee’s — Restaurant in Tupelo

I stopped here on my way out of town a couple of weeks ago. I had the best hot ham and cheese with fries I have ever had. The fries were perfection. The sandwich was hot and gooey. I went back through the drive-thru on my way out town and got a ham and biscuit which was good but very salty. The girl did not give my card back and I didn't realize it until I was back in Nashville. I called and a very nice young man answered the phone. After asking me a few questions he said they had my card. I had a relative pick it up upon showing his ID and sent it overnight to me but what a hassle. I have had my fair share of fast food! This day their breakfast was amazing! I had my usual the Monster Biscuit and I finally talked my husband into getting one as well, since his last experience here was a complete fail! The employees were nice, the order was right, but no napkins. Come on people, I know paper products are going up in price, but you don't have to be that stingy. My biscuit was perfect, like usual! Went through the drive thru (very sweet young lady taking orders and money) had to pull up to wait about 10 minutes during a slow time of night which was completely fine until my food was brought out wrong. I had to take the food in to get remade. Well me thinking they wouldn't mess the order up twice in a row I left just to get home to see that BOTH sandwiches that were remade was still wrong. Also while waiting for the remakes no one apologized, acted like they cared, or even offered to remake the 2 big orders of fries so by the time I made it back to the car and started eating my fries while I drove home...
