The last 2 times we ordered from this location, we ordered online, the same thing that we order from other Subway locations with no issues, and for the second time we got the wrong meat on our subs, and they left out the bacon.
The associate who answered my call immediately blamed her training and only offered to "cook more bacon and add it to the sandwich if we want to bring it back," I am simply going to leave this review of my experience and save my gas money by not going back.
Customers shouldn't have to check their food before leaving a store or restaurant, and, the food is supposed to be remade and refunded to ease the troubled customer of their additional time and gas when a correction needs to be made that is the company's fault -- and as a Servsafe person who has done her share of food service, I know you are not supposed to be taking food back across the counter, especially once it has been opened!

The sandwich tasted great, however the area where the toppings are kept was a bit off-putting. They would just throw ingredients they don't use and so you would have a tomato container with jalapenos in. The cheese container with banana peppers etc. Sort of made my stomach turn and looked sloppy. What about allergies and cleanliness. Also they didn't seem to know how coupons work. If you have a coupon for 2 6 inch meals for $9.99 that means 2 sandwiches with chips and drink for $9.99. She had us pay for drinks coz she said it doesn't include drinks. That sorta defeats the purpose as it's almost more expensive and I've used meal coupons before elsewhere and we didn't have to pay extra if it was...

Lets see here... order was texted on to sons phone... VERY specific... and written down to follow.. 12in meatball with american cheese toasted...had 6 meatballs and two cups of sauce... not toasted had to eat with fork so soggy !!!! 12 in black forest ham, supposed to have american cheese toasted and extra tomatoes... 4 tomato slices on 12 in and NO CHEESE and not toasted with 4 slices of ham.
