Wing Express Deli — Restaurant in Tupelo

Wing Express is a kind of place I probably wouldn't have ever tried except for that my co-workers like it very much and I go there and pick up stuff fairly often. The staff is really nice and everyone enjoys the cheese steak sandwiches. I like the chicken salad they make, which is basically a big box of stuff that goes on sandwiches (chopped iceburg, pickles, banana peppers, chopped tomatoes and raw onion with freshly cooked chopped chicken and a mild vinegarette on the top). The prices are very good for the amount of food you get and they are open until 9:30pm which is nice in the neighborhood. Personally I do a lot of gourmet cooking. I enjoy flavors and textures, so when I eat simple casual meats like chicken wings it’s difficult for me to continue to go to a food establishment if their chicken wings aren’t either uniquely delicious or delicately simple in flavor and execution. I say all that to say as far as food goes their chicken is great every time, quick every time and flavorful every time. All it’s in a very convenient location for me. Because of the Covid-19 reality right now, no one is allowed to sit down and eat here but, the food is fantastic!!! It's not health food but it's some of the best comfort food I've ever had!!!
