Cajun Bento — Restaurant in Turlock

My friend and I visited this spot after class today and it was phenomenal in EVERY WAY!

We were first kindly greeted by Tiffany who, by far, has the best customer service expertise I have ever come across. She was so kind, bubbly, and very thorough in her explanations in the different delicious items on the menu!

We purchased the Sea Food Boil Bags and they were the best right after our lecture! It was so delicious and so many ways you can customize! I will definitely be filling my bag next time with lots of sides and will upgrade to a full pound! What an amazing experience!

Thank you to Cajun Bento for a WONDERFUL lunch! You are doing it RIGHT and so excited to try more!

UPDATE: I visited Cajun Bento for my second visit and I am extremely happy to say it was so amazing to visit again!

The I got my Bag of Crab with my sides which were absolutely delicious. It was piping hot and full of seasonings/ flavor!

The workers are so kind and bring such a warm and calm atmosphere. They took my order and definitely care about your experience! The standards are high: their food and customer service are a wonderful reflection of this. I was so happy to relax and enjoy my delicious dinner in a cozy environment!

We came i after seeing the sign...Cajun Bento! Now that sounded good! I had there Cajun Shrimp Ramen and the Short Ribs. My brother had a Garlic Noodle and Short Rib Bento. The manager was really pleasant and upbeat. He explained the idea of the food and how much to order. The Ramen came in a big bowl and seemed like a lot of food. Upside, there was a lot to consume, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly! Downside, almost no flavor...nothing cajun about it. My brother said the noodles in his bento were too al dente and like rubber bands with weak garlic flavor. The short ribs were sweet and tasty, not cajun or spicy, but a little cold and sweet. Not bad on the short ribs. I think if the Ramen had some spice and cajun flavor, it would be awesome. There is tons of potential for Cajun Bento. They just need to try some good Cajun food and learn from it. I will be back, because I really think they will get better, but I will bring a bottle of Crystal Sauce and some Tony Cacheries Cajun...

So good! Initially we ordered the garlic noodle side, and a boil bag with crawfish and snow crab legs, with the house recommended sauce. It was so good that we ended up ordering more, along with a few other things just to try them out. We also Ordered another lb of the crawfish, which was just as good the second time, I would like to add that I have had crawfish before and was under the impression I didn’t like it, until I tried it here. We also ordered the buffalo wings which were so crispy and flavorful, and the chicken rice bento box, the rice was flavorful even without soy sauce, and the chicken was so juicy and tinder.
