PLEASE DO NOT COME GET YOUR SERVICES HERE. My sister, which she had already put out a Review on here, got her SCALP, NECK, and HAIR CHEMICALLY BURNED with . Now her HAIR is FALLING OFF. This is very heart-breaking to see her very soul-crushed. She is going BALD because of it. The owner Jacki now do NOT want to reimburse her, let alone is calling her a liar, which i was a witness there the entire time, THE OWNER JACKI also blocked her from all social media, despiste they been good Friends for over 7 years and also been her client for 7+ years, she is treating her like a lying conniving fraudelent woman. INSTEAD of making it right by her as her friend and former client, She has blocked her from ALL social media, REFUSES TO ADMIT HER MISTAKES. HOW IS THIS NOT JACKIS (THE OWNER) FAULT. JACKI YOU BURNED HER NECK, SCALP AND HAIR, AND NOW ITS FALLING ALL OFF. I seen another review from a year ago from another client also saying THAT YOU BURNED HER NECK AND SCALP, IS SHE A LIAR AS WELL JACKI. We are all truly disappointed how that's how you would treat not only your regular consistent client of 7+ years, but also supposedly your friend. Forever Beauty is an outstanding salon—clean, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to its customers. I travel all the way from Modesto just to get my hair done here. I’m leaving this review because I believe reviews are crucial for both consumers and businesses. We all benefit from sharing our experiences.

However, it's important to remember that just because I had an amazing experience doesn't mean everyone else will have the same. People have different tastes and expectations, much like when you recommend a restaurant—one person might love it, while another might not because it doesn’t suit their preferences. The same goes for choosing a salon. Often, people walk in with expectations based on pictures of other stylists’ work or something they found online, only to leave disappointed because their outcome doesn’t match the image. It’s important to remember that inspiration photos are great, but you have to consider your own unique features and hair type.

That said, if you’re looking for reasonable prices, a caring stylist who keeps up with trends, loves what they do, listens to their clients, and leaves you with amazing hair, then you’ve found the right place. The stylist was nice but she didn’t listen to me at all about what I wanted and cut my hair her way and very bad might I add. She asked me twice if I wanted layers and I told her no because my hair was already short I just wanted her to clean it up. She proceeded to cut a lot of very choppy layers and then charged me $60. She “framed” my face by chopping like 2 inches in the front and wasn’t blended at all. It was very expensive for a really bad, out dated hair cut. The worst part is she kept me turned away from the mirror the entire time so I didn’t know what she was doing until it was done. Wouldn’t recommend this place! and now they are lying trying to say my hair was bad before I got there! I have pics and it wasn’t bad before! Just needed to be cleaned up which is what I asked her to do! It was an even cut before just longer in the back. Here I have before and after pics. Bottom line is I asked her NOT to put layers and she did any way and she put alot of them and very short. She asked twice and I said no both times!! Layers weren’t necessary to “repair” my hair! There were no layers in my hair before! The length of the cut itself isnt bad I expected some length to be cut I told her that but the layers is what makes it bad.
