The office catered lunch today and I found a long black hair in my GF wrap.
Also there is no allergen information on any of their items.
Very concerned due to being allergic to soy and employees are unable to advise due to them not being provided allergen information either.
One chance to make a great impression.
05-14-2021 - Response "Safety is extremely important to us. Also when it comes to items you may be allergic feel free to ask us before placing your order. As for your experience can you please call our store and leave your phone number with a manager so the owner can call you."
I tried to; your company does not provide allergen information anywhere and I called the busimess to ask, and your employees didn't even know. All they knew is that, "It has Tapioca starch in it." Your response is insulting.
Filled out the review form on the company web-site, yesterday, and am still waiting for someone to contact me.
June 2nd 2021 Two weeks have passed and have yet to recieve email correspondence or even a phone call to address my concerns.
The result of my allergy and potential food poisoning, I had to call-off sick from work the next day.
This coupled with the response from the Management; If you eat at this location, I wish you luck, hope you have a better experience. It's obvious to me they care little for...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped by on a whim with our kids just in time for Sourdough & Co. to open @ 11am. We had never been there before, and we were STARVING.
We were conveniently able to check out their menu online to make it a quick order experience. We ordered 2 bowls of their clamchowder (one in a famous sourdough bread bowl), and mac and cheese for the kids to go.
The wait wasn't very long at all, and it gave me a good opportunity to look around and take pictures. They have indoor dining available, friendly and professional staff, a good clean establishment with a polished rustic atmosphere!
The sourdough bread was SO GOOD! I'm used to stuff like from Boudin's in SF which has a tougher crust and often scrapes the roof of my mouth. Sourdough & Co.'s bread had the crunch to the crust, without cutting up my mouth and the inside was so fluffy and warm even after getting home! I've never been a huge fan of sourdough bread, but I've been craving theirs ever since! Their clam chowder was excellent and was somehow hearty without being too heavy, and the mac and cheese was thoroughly enjoyed by my picky eater!
We can't wait to go back! Sorry no pictures of the food this time... it was devoured as soon as...
Read moreI dont go to this restaurant often per the prices being too high. I usually get a BLT sandwich with onions added. One time they didnt add the onion I was disappointed i paid 15$ for a dry and unappetizing sandwich. We go again for them to mess up on not adding the tomatoes on my blT so I have them remake it, the vibes were not good in there so I watched to make sure they didnt spit in my sandwich. My sandwich was remade but with no onion, so I ask for a side of onion that i had to put in my self when im not getting paid to do so. We wasted time in that restaurant for them to just stand around and take very long with orders and mess up a simple sandwich. We asked for a refund and the manager made that very difficult even though its her employees that messed up 5 times so we took our business elsewhere. Never experienced such horrible customer service + getting my order messed up ever until coming to Sourdough. I am sure they’re happy were not coming back but they missed out on a easy 30$ to make for their franchise since they stand around talking bad about their customers most...
