Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Turlock

I would not recommend this location! Its the worst location I've ever been to! They never make my drink correctly! For some reason they think they hazelnut goes in a golden eagle drink when thats not an ingredient for that drink at all! Ive had to go back SEVERAL times for them to correct THEIR mistake and they always act as if im in inconvenience! Worst customer service ever! The manager needs to be doing their job and making sure their employees are doing THEIR job as well! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I used to love this place but not this location! Go to the other one in town that has way better service all around!! So disappointed.... TURN DOWN THE DAMN MUSIC!!!!!!

Worst Dutch Bros experience I've ever had. Waited an hour because they do not know how to push cars forward. They had one lane open and eventually opened up the second lane (so about 14 cars behind me came in while I've been waiting already for 20 mins).. I thought okay they need to clear the road, but why then did they have all 3 employees take orders from only that lane? So by the end of this, about 10 cars from the end of the line ordered before me. .. Frustrated to say the least, informed the manager so this hopefully won't happen again. To top it off, 3 of my 4 drinks were incorrect. 1 drink was missing caramel. 2 drinks that were for my kids were RED BULL instead of lemonade.

I was skeptical when I first saw this place open up, it was a new coffee place near home that isn't Starbucks. First time trying it was a long wait but lines have shortened since opening day. Their drinks are awesome, they usually make an amazing blend that has me coming back for more. Only real complaint is that sometimes the line management from the crew members can get a bit mixed up. Some employees will prioritize a conversation between eachother rather than on the customer, which has irked me a bit because I'm trying to order and get out of line as fast as I can. Their music is always blasting and its nothing too bothersome if you just roll up your windows. I frequent the place and always plan to come back for a different drink.
