Starbucks — Restaurant in Turlock

I guess Starbucks is running out of everything here, but the lady at the window, Ashley is extremely rude. Everything I asked for, in a rude short tone of voice she would say they are out of it. After the fifth time, I just said to cancel my order, and she laughed and said okay like she didn't care. I was being a very nice customer and I feel like she has really bad experience working with people. I'm waiting to pull up to the window right now to let her know of her horrible customer service and to ask for her name (added above) I can't believe they would have someone like this taking people's orders. Horrible customer service, I will never be going to this Starbucks again. You can't treat people poorly. If you hate your job go somewhere else, if you don't like people, then get a profession where you don't have to deal...

Absolutely Recommend this Starbucks, the Customer Service is awesome. Thank you Ryan for making me feel like family. They all will make you feel like family also, when you walk in the door. I have to thank everyone at my Starbucks on Canal in Turlock, California for being able to give me ice water for my husband as his going through his Radiation Cancer Treatments 5 Days a week. He has to be full of water so he can do his radiation treatments. So hard to believe the water is free. We have been to other places and they charge us for water unbelievable. But not Starbucks. I normally don't rate places, but this Starbucks is honestly the best in town. I work in the area and use the mobile order a lot- they never disappoint. It's ready when I get there and they are all SO NICE. They remember me, they put cute notes and stickers on my cup- all of which isn't necessary at all, but it's cute. They also decorate really nicely for the holidays, which makes them stand out from the other coffee shops in the chain. They get incredibly busy because the elementary and high school are across the street, so I recommend ordering ahead on mobile.. and if you don't, please be kind and patient towards them! They're seriously the best and deserve all of the respect...
