Quesadilla Wizards — Restaurant in Turner

I was pleasantly surprised when I first ordered from Quesadilla Wizards. I remember thinking, "okay, I can make a quesadilla at home..." However, when I saw their menu, I was immediately intrigued. I decided to order the Emperor's New Zhoug. It was phenomenal. I couldn't believe the complexity of flavor! Since I first tried them about two months ago, I've tried almost everything on their menu (except for the Knight's Apprentice - which is just a plain cheese). I can't say I have a favorite, because they all have been so delicious and unique. I'm not even a barbeque fan, but their Horcrux (pulled pork with a BBQ dipping sauce) was amazing. I also love that they have monthly specials, which are just as delicious as the mainstays. You can tell that the two owners put their whole hearts into this. They're incredibly kind and I'm so happy to support their business. Do yourself a favor and buy multiple at a time - they reheat super well!

I love places that have a small menu and deliver in flavor. First, I love the Bears.Beets.Battlestar Galactica. I'm not veggie but lean that way...and most veggie quesadillas, first, I can easily make at home, or they don't keep me coming back. This one keeps me thinking about when I can have it again; I truly love it. The combination is something unique and delicious. (add the Verde sauce and it gives another layer of amazing flavor)

Now, they just switched up their menu and have a sweet one. On my first experience, it is so balanced and not too sweet. The cinnamon is not overwhelming and the savory-sweet combo is just a joy to the taste buds...and add a bit of amazing chocolate on top of that...BAM!

This is a booth that I enjoy saying...I don't eat pork as it just helps to narrow my choices since everything is so good. My partner loves the pulled pork quesadilla. I truly enjoy the owners as well as their amazing combos of food...try something, it will deliver...

I have patronized this food truck for most of their existence and their food has always delivered the creamy, salty, and crispy sensations of a perfectly homemade quesadilla!
