Went on my birthday to get my free shake and food and once again online ordering was down and restaurant can't meet the online deals. Switch and bait. Now I see why America businesses are going bankrupt no customer service. Arby's lost this customer. Bye bye
UPATE: called and spoke with Joshua the manager. Very concerned and advised he had no Ricky working at this store. Was to review video but was very concerned about customer service. Changed from one star to three stars. BAs explained to him if lobby is closed please update the online ordering system. I prefer to wash my hand before I eat after traveling all day.

Ordered on line for pick up 6:35 pm. Arby's doors where locked and had to wait in line to be verbally abused by Ricky the manager when asking why the doors are locked. Never received my order. If operating a business on an exit with truck stops etc catering to travelers keep the doors open. When I got to the drive thru window asked to speak with the manager was advised he had left the property

Read moreI went through the drive thru a couple nights ago and waited at the speaker for almost 10 mins before i pulled forward to the window to try and place my order. When i got to the window it took the cashier forever to come to the window. When she got to the window she asked if i had a order that someone else had placed. I told her no i didn't get to order at the speaker no one ever answered. She then proceeded to get a attitude telling me "you can't just drive forward go back around" and slammed the window in my face.
