I was hoping that this issue would have been corrected by now and that I wouldn't have to write a review. Stars... It doesn't deserve stars. I ordered three pizza's from the app on Monday May 24, 2021. One thin crust meat lovers, one stuff crust pepperoni and one supreme. 15 minutes after ordering the pizza's on the app I received a telephone call from the store stating that they were out of thin crust, they didn't have the cheese to make the stuff crust pizza and that they were out of everything for the supreme pizza. I asked the lady who had called to please cancel my order and to refund the money. She stated that I would have to cancel the order through the app and that my money would be refunded to me within 3 to 5 days. I told her that that would be unacceptable and she stated that she would have the manager contact me within the next 10 to 15 minutes since she wasn't there. I told her that would be fine. I never received a telephone call. I searched the app for a way to cancel my order to no avail. I had to research the web to find out if there was even a way to cancel an order over the Little Ceasers app and came up with nothing but an article which says it can't be done.
I contacted Little Ceasers customer support and advised them of what had happened and they stated that they would have the manager, regional manager or owner contact me. I never heard anything back. I contacted customer support again and they said that whoever left a voice message on my phone because they couldn't contact me. I checked my phone there were no calls to my phone on the date the customer service rep gave and there were no voice messages left on my phone. Customer Support again stated that they would have someone contact me. I am almost two weeks into this and still haven't been refunded the $30.22 from the order which I placed and no contact from anyone, not even a follow up call from customer support.
This is bad business, I WILL NOT ever do business with this store again! There has been no concern from either the store owner(s) or Little Ceasers Corporate. If there is a way to cancel orders through the app then it needs to be in plain sight and user friendly, if there isn't then employees need to be made aware and not advise the public to cancel orders through the app because they can't do it at the store level. Also if a store is out of items there needs to be a way of stopping the app from taking orders. Finally, it doesn't even deserve the one star google forces me to click on just to post...

I went to store to pick up order through the drive through window and was told that my order had been picked up by a DoorDash driver. I went inside to inquire about my refund and asked to speak to the manager who was a young lady. I explained the above to her and she said the order had been picked up by Door Dash and that my order wasn’t her problem and that I would have to get a refund online. The young lady then said the general manager was in the bathroom which was right across from the front counter where you order at (unsanitary) in my opinion. I waited for him to come out of the bathroom and he went to a free standing sink to wash his hands after coming out of the bathroom. The young lady told him that I was waiting to speak with him and that there was someone at the window waiting to talk to him as well. He never acknowledged that I was standing at the front counter but listened to his staff member explain her side of the matter and then walked to the front register and didn’t speak and printed off a refund receipt and attempted to walk away. I told him that his manager was rude by telling me that it wasn’t her problem and I also told him that him not acknowledging a customer was also rude. No one had a name tag on for identification and when I asked for his name and the young lady who stated that she was a manager he stated that it was against store policy to give out names. Read morei am not one to write reviews, nor am i one to be negative. but it is hard to be positive after such an interesting experience. i placed an order online to be picked up in the lobby. i have had mixed experiences with the lobby being locked but sometimes i am able to receive my order in the lobby. i was expecting the lobby door to be locked as that's how this usually goes. however the door was unlocked. i walked in, smiled at the worker, and she said "the lobby is closed." i said "i placed an order for pickup in the lobby." she said my order was in the drive through. okay, cool, but i am physically inside the store. it does not require too much effort to just hand me my order. during this exchange, there was no one at the drive through. i ended up walking out and going through the drive through.
my issue here is not the food quality or the fact i had to wait about 45 minutes in total for my order. my issue is customer service. i know about what to expect for food quality-- it's little ceaesars, not joe's pizza in NYC. i am a college kid, and $12 for 4 items and a few meals worth is quite amazing. this situation could have been handled differently. no matter if you work for a big corporation or small business--trust me, i have worked for both-- customer service should always be a priority. if the lobby is closed, here's a suggestion: lock the door! had the door been locked, i would have been less upset about having to go through the...
