I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this restaurant. My wife placed a mobile order and asked me to pick it up on my way home. I started by going through one of their two drive-thru lanes. After being ignored and watched three or four cars go through the other lane, I went inside. The first thing I saw was the cashier with locks down to her waist who was on her phone while talking to the people in front of me. When it was my turn, I could see that she was actively snapchatting people while I was trying to get my order. When I give her the code for my mobile order, she brings me back a paper receipt, and I go stand to the side to wait for my order to come out. After waiting for 30 minutes and still not receiving my food, I noticed a few other things. First, there was another worker with locks down to her waist making fries that was having a major problem keeping her hair out of the fries. Second, there was a third worker who grabbed a handful of fries out of another customer's bag and ate them. At this point, I would have just walked out and cancelled my order, but it had already gone through, so I asked one of them how much longer my order was gonna take. They tell me there's no trace of my order in their system. A manager and an (I assume) assistant manager come out and start talking to me. When I explain to them that my wife placed the order in the app and had me come pick it up, the assistant manager started raising his voice and yelling at me because the McDonald's app doesn't work like that. I explained to him that it was McDonald's and their dev team who were responsible for the app, not the customer's. He told me I would have to drive home and cancel the order despite the fact that I had a paper receipt, a confirmation email, and the charge from my bank saying I had already paid for my food, which just made him more irate. At that point, I decided to prove a point and drove home, got my wife's phone, and drove back just to prove that I was unable to just cancel my order. The manager came out again and after showing him that my order had been marked as picked up in their system, I had already paid for it, and showed all the evidence again, they finally made my food. Do...
Read moreThis is by far the worst place I have ever visited, hands down. It was pure MADNESS when you walked in. Dirty, unorganized and chaotic. All the employees seemed to be frazzled with no direction. There were 4 little girls under the age of 10 who were so loud, running around the restaurant screaming and hollering. Turns out, they were there waiting for their Mom who is an employee. One of the little girls saw me, and made up a song saying "Mexican, it's a Mexican!". I looked at her, smiled and said, "Hi." and she was shocked I spoke english. Wow. She ran around saying, "She speaks english. That Mexican speaks english." One of the employees handed my teenager a bag of food but it was not our order. I went up to let them know it wasn't my order and the Mom of the girls told the male employee, "You gave them the wrong food." The employee looks at me and says, "Then why did he take the bag?" Um, wrong answer. With a smile I said, "Because he's a teenager and doesn't know everything I ordered." He kept walking towards me but stood behind the female employeed "Mom" who I'm assuming is a supervisor, and said "Ma'am, out of respect I'm not going to tell you what I was thinking of saying." I kept smiling and said, "No, it's okay, go ahead and tell me. What were you going to say?" The supervisor told me to not listen to him and waved him away. I don't know if the male employee thought I was saying he was the teenager, when I wasn't. I was talking about my son. He got heated quick. It's like they were all of edge. Mind you, I did not feel well. It had been a long day of driving from Dallas, TX and I felt like I was going to pass out. I needed to eat something quick. So, dealing with this craziness while trying not to faint was awful. If you are ever in this area, DO NOT stop at this restaurant. The franchise owner should really read all of these reviews. It's just awful. Oh, and the food, gross. Cold,...
Read moreI've stopped at this McDonalds ten times in the past(pre-covod). I normally go inside because the drive thru is backed up out into the street. After yesterday, that will be my last. Went inside because the drive-thru was doing its normal thing. I waited in line by myself for 5 minutes. The people working saw me. Then another guy came in. We wait 7 to 8 more minutes. Employees are walking by us. He asked if I ordered and I said no. We both looked for any signs saying they don't take orders inside and I saw a sign that said Carry-out only. That was weird considering we saw people eating in the dining room. After 4 more minutes he asked the cashier were they taking orders in the dining room and answer he got was a little weird for McDonald's standards (which is the lowest). "We are busy." We both turned around and left. This place is joined by a Chevron. We both were grabbing drinks and went to the counter. He told the cashier what happened. Apparently it is always that bad. I know it is always that bad. Why? I travel a lot. I have been in that McDonald's 10 times before yesterday. Only ONCE I've walked into that McDonald's and left with food. I am now 1 for 11 at the McDonald's. I don't have high standards for McDonald's. I'm usually there because my stomach was growling and I need something quick. I have never said "Man, I sure am craving a (insert here) from McDonald's". This guy was asking a serious question because of the times we live in. Maybe we were inside when they were not taking orders there and we didn't want to waste our time anymore. But "We are Busy" wasn't the...
